RISE Dispensaries York

Very nice shop but the products are limited as it's a smaller loaction. Because of this I feel the products aren't are quality compared to the other local shops but they so have the best prices around. Great place if you are a local and don't want to drive for your medication

I hate the fact how unloyal this place I used to cut grass and shovel snow there and for them to cut our company out for something else is crazy so if you want to be treated nicely and have a place who has your back no matter what go to organic remedies or say with these nuts and have to worry about them throwing you in the trash all they want is freaking money for shitty weed anyways so screw rise go on down to organic remedies because rise and their corporate company don't know how to treat their venders for crap yeah never again will I ever go back to that place

My favorite place to go! Was just there grabbing some pods. River and Becca and the rest of the gang were all super helpful and friendly. I appreciate the awesome job you guys do!!

this is a great place to go overall very nice great atmosphere nice people always able to get what I want in and out with no problem and always able to get the help if I have a question I have to say this is a great place and I like going there

I’ve loved Rise and always had a pleasant experience at every visit for a good while now. My visit today, however, wasn’t the best. I understand the current pandemic situation has the way orders and purchases are being handled and done, but when the website is crashing and glitching and not allowing every person ordering to put a note in saying they want to use their points on their order, it’s really disappointing upon coming in to pick up and pay for the order to not even have the chance to get the sentence out of your mouth saying you’d like to use them for your money off before the transaction is just rung through and your money taken for full price and can’t be undone. I literally wasn’t even given a chance to start saying, “I would really like to use my points here for this order.” Some people are really relying on being able to use whatever money off they’ve accumulated for their order when placing it and that might be the ONLY reason they’re even placing it in the first place because they really can’t afford to spend more than that. It’s just a very sad experience today because now I’m forced to go without something for my home I really needed because I had to pay full price for something at the dispensary I wasn’t intending to and never would have ordered and purchased otherwise to begin with if I’d known I would have had to pay full price. I understand with everything going on you just wanna get people in and out as quickly as possible, but it seems like it’s being done at this point at the sacrifice of good service to just make the sale and get people out of your store. And I’ve always loved Rise! This is just very disappointing and I would hope the steps are taken to make sure it doesn’t happen again. If the site is glitching or crashing, you don’t know if every customer was given the option to leave the note of wanting their points applied or not. I would maybe just try to be more mindful of giving them a chance to actually verbally confirm that they would or would not like to use their points when they come in for their order before just grabbing the order and ringing it through to get them out of the store that much quicker.

Much less face to face than before, but the staff remain upbeat, as everyone talks to everyone, I mean yells. I overheard the cashier next to us, 6 feet+, replying to the other cashier and I asked " what pain are you getting the relief from?" . She replied, not pain but needed help to sleep. She said similar tirpines are used with sleep and pain, then told me the ones to look for. That's SERVICE! I can spot genuine fantastic customer service from providing it everyday and training others to do the same from my example, and saw real changes in the way well trained associates look and sound like. An example is... a customer asks a question, one associate says and points "over there" and the other associate says and points "isle 7 left side halfway up the isle at shoulder height" . umm, who gave you the best customer service? neither, or whom? why? That's the rating for Rise-York, ALL STARS! Great knowledge, friendly people who loveworking together, learning together, sharing together, and making you feel like you belong there around like using marijuana just as much as you, but know WAY more. THANKS, TO ALL AT RISE YORK!

there were no dislikes concerning anything upon my pickup from the atmosphere to the staff personality...

Bought a disposable pen that died within barely a week of use with plenty of product left. Emailed them about it with no response. Called a few days later and they won't do anything about it because I didn't save my original receipt and the original packaging. Who saves that stuff? My purchases are clearly under my account, so there's your record. Guess I'll find another dispensary.

They have a great website to order same day pickup. Strains available change for everyone so it is good to check site the day you intend to purchase. Variety is good enough for me, always options. Staff is educated, helpful and generally a delight.

Drove 45 mins to get here only to be treated very rudely and turned away. They claimed they are only doing online orders but fail to put that anywhere on the website or door. So after 45 min. drive and waiting 20 mins outside in the heat with a mask, I was told we close in 10 minutes and I had to leave. At $65 a 1/8 you would think you would atleast treat patients with respect! I will NEVER return and do EVERYTHING I can to make others aware of their rude behavior and terrible service!

I absolutely love my visits to Rise! They are extremely knowledgeable and totally up to date on everything! They are so very helpful, courteous, compassionate, and just all around amazing people! They don't try to get you to buy more than what you go in for, but they let you know about different deals that they're having! THANK YOU RISE!!!

Had my first visit here on a Sunday morning, 10 am. THere were 10 people in front of me, and the all the staff were diligent in being efficient and friendly. I was out of there by 10:23. They treated me professionally and with courtesy. I will definitely make the trip back.

I’ve only left a dispensary in this region empty handed twice, and it’s been Rise both times. Organic Remedies, Herbology, and Knox all show they care about their patient’s time by allowing pre orders and holds, but not Rise! They prefer to hold strong with inconvenience and frustration. Look at the menu, roll the dice, and have the listing you want be gone by the time you arrive and nobody on the staff really seems to care. It’s not even worth it for me to bookmark their menu with the others at this point. And why are they selling Cresco cartridges at $55 when everyone else around is at $50?

overpriced!!! they charge 90/100$ for a 1 gram vape cartridge that sells for 30$ in California... not only that their selection has seriously dwindled and whenever I go there they jack the prices up so much because they just think they can. ohh and first time discount.... yeah thanks allot for that since I've been comming there since they opened and good forbid they offer it to their loyal customers. I think I'll just buy from my dealer from now on.

I wish when I search their site for their MENU that it would be available more often. Always a friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend! I'd like to see more discounts like for Seniors at 55 or Medicare Recipients 15% discount like some other PA Dispensaries.

I wish they would drop prices some, some of the Other dispensary offer 8th’s 42.99 on a regular basis.. Very knowledgeable staff & professional prefer this store over any dispensary’s I’ve been @

wish one was closer to Red lion. I love this place. I have chronic pain and neuropathy and suffer depression. I have been Tramadol for 13 years. since I started coming here, I was always in pain even with Tramadol. Today I no longer take Tramadol because I came to RISE. I am now 95% pain free. I take the RSO harlequin 15:1 and use the vape harlequin 1:1. Thank you RISE for all you do and your wonderful employees. Live you guys and guys.

Everyone seems to love Rise, but I am still skeptical. I have been there several times, and a few things about this place have rubbed me the wrong way. First visit, pharmacist was pushing flower, and said cartridges are "more just for fun." Honestly, 1:1 cartridges are a life saver for me. On my most recent visit, they had just run out of the product I went there for and I couldn't even get my second choice because it ended up being $15 more expensive than the online menu listed. Also, I haven't seen the Moxie prices drop as I was told they would back when Rise opened. Rise York is the nearest dispensary to me, but I will drive the extra distance for weekly specials, online ordering, and an overall better experience at a competitor. I haven't heard of any specials at Rise York. Profits over patients.
