Much less face to face than before, but the staff remain upbeat, as everyone talks to everyone, I mean yells. I overheard the cashier next to us, 6 feet+, replying to the other cashier and I asked " what pain are you getting the relief from?" . She replied, not pain but needed help to sleep. She said similar tirpines are used with sleep and pain, then told me the ones to look for.
That's SERVICE! I can spot genuine fantastic customer service from providing it everyday and training others to do the same from my example, and saw real changes in the way well trained associates look and sound like. An example is... a customer asks a question, one associate says and points "over there" and the other associate says and points "isle 7 left side halfway up the isle at shoulder height" .
umm, who gave you the best customer service? neither, or whom? why?
