RISE Dispensaries Joliet on Colorado

This is my regular dispensary. I love the website, it's menu is easy to understand and use. Great, laid-back staff. Always have great deals on a huge selection, from quantity to quality. And with the reward points i always have a little extra discount waiting.

Once again I arrived at rise and was greeted by Mia who always comes to the screen im at when I ask for her help after having a concussion my thoughts gets mixed up so as she scans for me with kind and courteous service she is my fave number 1 in my book great dispensary and great worker if it wasn't for Mia I may have walked out in frustration but naw with her help im at home happy with the whole experience cheers to u Mia u da bomb

Not a darn thing! Been coming here since it opened. I am treated like family. Every employee is so down to earth and friendly. And I had an issue one time regarding a product I purchased that didn't work properly. The wonderful female manager. Went out of her way to resolve. Honestly blew my mind! I enjoy walking into a place that knows my name. I enjoy visiting and service is quick an easy. Mind you I am from Colorado and visit my family there monthly. And if you know Pueblo West Co is the "Napa valley of weed" and I visit my son in San Diego often. I am not a newbie at dealing with dispensaries. But by far this is my go to place! and in my case 3 x a week already 1200$ a month enjoyed and spent in this wonderful establishment. And people don't forget it to tip your Budtenders! Now that marijuana prohibition has ended. They just like a bartender, deserve to be appreciated. Even if it's a Dollar make them feel respected. I enjoy the easiness of this establishment. ❤️ DNE

Beautiful building, great customer service, especially Chris D.. he always knows what I need to help my arthritis…friendly and always smiling..

Only 4 on quality only because I have not tried it yet! I expect by the way it smells and looks I won't be disappointed (blueberry headband). Waited outside for 5 min short line. Once inside I was whisked through my order by roving I-Pad order takers and before you know it I was done. Got an 1/8 in a nice dark glass jar they way it should be. What I love about this place is they are recreational only so what they have on their website is what you can actually buy. It can change radically in the space of 30 minutes by the time I got there they had sold out of two other strains I saw on line but I was able to get the one listed above. This is the 3rd place I've been to disappointed in the others due to lack of parking, organization, long lines and misleading info about what they have which in those cases was edibles and vape only. Great experience here and knowledgeable friendly staff, easy park and clean almost Apple Store like.

Overpriced bad customer service. Gave me the wrong product then forced me to keep it and wouldn’t have me correct product until I paid for it. Nice about f****ng me tho :)

Called on the way, was told I could arrive at 6:55. Arrived at 6:51, was told at the door they were closed and will not let anyone else in. Really disappointed about the waste of time and gas. Really unprofessional.

First day open and showed up at about 3:00PM and was inside by 4:15. The staff was extremely helpful and organized. Wonderful facility thats close to home, will be back!

Amazing amount of choices, I bought a little bit of everything. The security guard was awesome Spiderman dude. the line was well handled with the covid 19 thing going on. line moved super fast. The guy with the tablet was super helpful. My bud-tender ( I'm gonna say V because I'm terrible with names and it starts with a V. ) V was awesome, friendly, energetic and had a smile on her face the whole time. Such an amazing experience. oh they also have a Veteran discount for recreational and medical patients. Amazing experience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and their products are increasing daily.

Selection and price are pretty much the same statewide. However, they were able to get me in and out within a half hour, offered friendly service, and have an attractivly designed store with a good amount of accessories and merch. Worth the half hour drive and will be back.

Dismal product selection, inventory issues on their website and I’ve walked out with incorrect Pre-ordered products and manager’s won’t even try to take accountability with the fact it was their staff’s mistake. Avoid.

Great dispensary, great people, waitlist is kind of silly with people having to wait on site while people who aren’t even at the location get a ready text. Best dispensary in the state though

This was my first and favorite location yet. I can’t even really explain it. They are just all around awesome.

verilife is now closed on Fridays, so decided to try Rise. Short line and wait, good staff, not so good product. limited to 1 1/8th of flower, and it was 17% thca and .7% thc

This is a place to shop. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and polite. I was surprised that I was in and out in 30 minutes. They seemed very organized.

Rec only shop so they have a bunch of products, compared to other dispensaries.

Awesome place, fast moving, no waiting outside. Plus, the online menu is live.
