RISE Dispensaries Mundelein (Adult Use)

This place will bait and switch you. You will order mixed buds and probably get some mini buds instead. Check before you hand over your money to these people. If it's not what you purchased, walk away, which is what I should've done. Take your money and spend it somewhere else. If they don't show you or try to hide it like my budtender did, once again, just walk away. If it's nice quality and what you actually ordered, they won't hide it.

I am a medical patient since the opened, have been thoroughly satisfied with all there products up until the change in the incredible Gummies, the new incredible suck, very hard to chew and full of tons of red dye, Time to bring back the old ones they were way better!!!

I have been going to Rise Dispensary in Mundelein since the first day it opened, and have always received great service and friendly knowledgeable advice. Today I had made a trip there and received EXCEPTIONAL, ABOVE & BEYOND SERVICE from 'CHAD' in the medical area. I am an active caregiver and did have my care giver docs with me but although I was active in the system, my paper doc was old and expired. Chad was nice enough and patient enough to step away from the counter and brought me to a private store laptop where he walked me step by step thru getting my active card physically printed off the IL.Gov website. To do this, he spent his valuable time to gain managerial approval from Sara then spent approx 30 minutes with me aiding me in resetting my password and login etc... He printed my card for me and I was able to spend my $330 budget on quality premium flower with his insightful recommendations. Chad was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also patient, genuine, and honestly cared about me the customer. It's rare to find this quality these days so I will always ask for him when returning to Rise Mundelein. Anyone thinking of going to Rise Mundelein, ask for Chad and you will be very impressed as I was. Thanks, Dan T Palatine

This dispensary is owned and operated by GTI. GTI just lobbied to have a provisional that would allow medical patients to purchase their meds at the many recreational dispensaries (which out number dual use 7:1 if not more) I will not be supporting GTI anymore as they seem to want to disenfranchise the people that made their existence possible in the first place.

I found a fantastic product and would say it works for sleep. Snoozzze Berry The Credible Edible! I am someone who does not sleep well and I have to speak for the first time and NOT take a sleeping pill. Ooooh, this works 2 edibles, for me and I slept.

I’ve been coming to Rise Mundelein since legalization and wow what a change! The newly renovated rec and medical sides are so awesome. Everyone is friendly and super helpful, especially Greg. That dude knows EVERYTHING. Selection is always awesome and love chatting with the budtenders. Some funny ass mfers FR. Always a good experience here, super knowledgeable staff, great environment.

Everyone at Rise is so nice and accommodating! Medical Mike is one of my favorites! Always greets you with a smile and is very knowledgeable and personable! Always love going to Rise! The new construction is way better than the set up too that they had in the old days.

we have been to many dispensaries in Colorado, so to come here and see this location was a nice refreshing breath of air. the parking lot sucked because it rained and there was some puddles. otherwise this place is really clean, safe and nice. the staff were HELPFUL and actually took time to answer my questions and my wife's. we WILL be back, and we will refer this place to others.

My wife and I were visiting family close to the Rise dispensary so we decided to check out the consumption lounge. IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN, what is taking you so long? The atmosphere, service, and selection is top notch. The entire lounge is fantastic and shows why Rise dispensaries are the cream of the crop. -Grant

We went to the speakeasy yesterday and again had an amazing experience with Reese as our server and the person training also did a good job explaining how to use each pc of glass we were using. It’s nice to see the lounge evolving over the last several months and i can’t wait for the full lounge to open next month. I’ll be back with more new people next week. Selection is great for sampling different strains.

I stopped in at Rise Mundelein today to pick up an online order. When checking out, there was a confusion and I was given the incorrect item. After realizing this upon returning to my car, I gave them a call and explained what happened. I went back to the door and chatted with the gentlemen there, and they explained exactly what I needed to go back in. (super super nice guys, love them) Once inside, I was greeted and walked back to the registers. Everyone was so nice and helpful about it all. We talked a little more about what happened, and the Rise team did MORE than enough to make up for the mistake. I left feeling excited and like I had made some pals!! However I was too anxious to get anyone's names (lol) so I just hope y'all see this. Thanks again!!!

The service from drive thru car attendant (Emily) was excellent. On a bitter cold day, Emily went the extra mile to take care of my order. Highly recommend Rise Mundelein as a great dispensary for service and product.

Preordered online, got put on the wait list, got a text that it was ready. I arrived, showed my text that my order was ready. Less than a 10 minute additional wait. They scanned my DL. Had me look at a temperature screen (COVID) proceeded into the showroom floor. Went to the cashier. Pulled up my order, paid and kept on truckin. Everyone was polite, had masks on and answered all my questions intelligently and on point. When your leaving. The exit is on your left. Not the door you came in on. I’m used to Vegas Dispensaries. Rise is my new spot.

The service and the environment are great. For my first time being at a dispensary i felt very comfortable. The product quality was fantastic.

After going here for 3 months I can without a doubt say that the people who worked at this location before Jan 1 are awesome. However the store management has decided to play strange games with their online menus. When called out on it I was told that I am a liar yet here I am with screen shots to prove they dont offer all of the product on hand to medical but instead randomly will offer a product only on the recreational menu. The most recent issues being there was flower listed for rec but not medical and then last night/this morning they are offering a particular brand/strain of a vape product however this product on the medical side is less potent than the product being offered to recreational. I was told this is impossible and that I am a liar. The screenshots dont lie just the store manager. This location has the highest prices of all rise locations in illinois and claim to have the least supply. Consistently bringing in sativa strains instead of indica because sativa sells better to recreational customers. Everything about this location has become terrible. All that said I love the people who worked here before the 1st. They know me by name and treat me like a friend. The location/store manager would do well to learn from those under him how to better serve his customers and employees.

If I could give more than 5 stars to supervisor/employee, Savanna, I would. Her customer service skills are superior and today, the way I witnessed her expertly attempt to smooth over an irate customer really impressed me. She makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of each time I visit this dispensary. Everyone who works here is great. Knowledgeable and friendly. They run a tight ship. It was my experience today with Savanna that prompted this review.

Let me start by saying my husband and I decided to be part of history and on thursday the 2nd we drove to Rise. The lines and traffic were crazy! It's situated in a business park and the trucks coming and going down these roads made for so much congestion that it was sometimes hard to get down the streets. We got there around 3 hoping it would not be as busy but we were wrong. The lines went up and down the front lot. It took 2 hours to finally get in, and we made friends along the way. The staff was great and there was a food truck in the parking lot. By the time we got in at around 5 they were running out of stuff but we both managed to get flower, oil wax and pre rolled. Yes it is exspenive and they limited flower to an 1/8. They tax according to the amount of thc in the product. For an 1/8 of flower $65, oil cartridge, $70 and 5 prerolls at $35, with tax for everything it was $208. So definitely not a weekly or even monthly trip for us. Once you get into the building in line, they give you an ipad to order from and text you when it's time to pick up the product at the counter. They were amazing at getting people in and out. Also, Very informative about their products. We will DEFINITELY be going back when we need to. I highly reccomend this location.

rise mundeline was a good experience. the people on the inside DEFINITELY made the experience worth while. all the workers were so sweet, made great conversation, and made me laugh. the environment wasnt great at all tho, especially the outside. its in a super industrial area. idk i just didnt get great vibes here.

Im a medical cannabis patient and this is the closest dispensary to me. Prices are pretty high but that’s Illinois. They have a convoluted points system that you cannot access. So I called & was told one thing get to the dispensary and it’s all wrong! I was even told that the rep was not even there & I specifically asked & was told she was. My bad for not getting a name. Regardless, now receipts, if you can read Hieroglyphics you have a chance. I asked to speak with the manager and was brushed off and offered a free joint wheeeee! After spend close to $500 all I can say is ugh!
