RISE Dispensaries Mundelein (Adult Use)

I am a medical patient since the opened, have been thoroughly satisfied with all there products up until the change in the incredible Gummies, the new incredible suck, very hard to chew and full of tons of red dye, Time to bring back the old ones they were way better!!!

12/24/25. Sam, the cashier was super chill & down to earth. Really good at his job and took good care of me as a customer! 10/10 experience.

I have been going to Rise Dispensary in Mundelein since the first day it opened, and have always received great service and friendly knowledgeable advice. Today I had made a trip there and received EXCEPTIONAL, ABOVE & BEYOND SERVICE from 'CHAD' in the medical area. I am an active caregiver and did have my care giver docs with me but although I was active in the system, my paper doc was old and expired. Chad was nice enough and patient enough to step away from the counter and brought me to a private store laptop where he walked me step by step thru getting my active card physically printed off the IL.Gov website. To do this, he spent his valuable time to gain managerial approval from Sara then spent approx 30 minutes with me aiding me in resetting my password and login etc... He printed my card for me and I was able to spend my $330 budget on quality premium flower with his insightful recommendations. Chad was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also patient, genuine, and honestly cared about me the customer. It's rare to find this quality these days so I will always ask for him when returning to Rise Mundelein. Anyone thinking of going to Rise Mundelein, ask for Chad and you will be very impressed as I was. Thanks, Dan T Palatine

This dispensary is owned and operated by GTI. GTI just lobbied to have a provisional that would allow medical patients to purchase their meds at the many recreational dispensaries (which out number dual use 7:1 if not more) I will not be supporting GTI anymore as they seem to want to disenfranchise the people that made their existence possible in the first place.
