One of my personal favorites for quality product and fair pricing. You are greeted with friendly staff and bud tenders are easy to work with and eager to assist. They have medical and recreational sections and strains which I don't necessarily agree with...I say share love let the consumer decide right? Anyway I cant fault them for anything else really. Being in a strip mall parking is tight but was definitely worth the drive.

I have been a customer still 2011 and never have been treated so disrespectful. I was over changed by some lady as I asked her about it. she start going off about my tax exempt papers. I politely told her that wasn't what I was talking about. I continue to try to explain to her that's the last time I was here she overcharged me by 20 something dollars on the 2 ounces for a 100. she began to be irate and proceeded to say I'm gonna go ask her manager. when the manager Lisa finally got involved she was being rude saying that somebody didn't know me while I know Norton and John and I'm sure they wouldn't approve of these ladies attitude and unprofessionalism. With that been said the manager Lisa proceeds to overcharge me again and when I began to speak up she told me if I don't like I can leave. once again I have to explain on weedmaps it state 2 ounce for a 100 she said that was for members only. which wasn't stated on weedmaps and I have to argue this and produce proof. which I did.

Awesome sign-over deal including $75 ounce AND $100 store credit. Made me feel like I was getting paid to smoke their stuff! Love it!

It’s okay

One of my biggest requirements for a great dispensary visit is customer service. And RiverRock knocked it out of the park. From the very second I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. I was greeted with an enthusiastic smile and a friendly "Hello", that made me feel like a regular. The budtender (her name escapes me at the moment) was phenomenal. She was a true professional but very laid back. She wasn't pushy and I never felt rushed. And she happily obliged when I asked to smell or look at a particular strain and she was soon just pulling them all out for me to investigate. Overall, a fantastic experience. Now, the flower. The quality of RiverRock's product is superb. So I walked out of there with a few different strains. Tangerine Haze for my day time adventures, Mint Chocolate Chip for night time relaxation, and an excellent CBD strain named Screwed Boi. And they didn't disappoint. RiverRock deserves nothing less than five stars. Their above and beyond service and high quality flower has made a life long customer out of me. If you're a first time dispensary goer or a seasoned veteran, you're going to love this place. Go check em' out! You won't regret it!

This place is very cool . the budtenders were very helpful. The guy that helped me out name was Damien he made me want come back . I think I will make this place my caregiver.....thumbs up.

I have been here three times. On the third, the budtender accidentally bagged me a 500mg Oil cartridge when I bought and paid for a 1000mg. Mistakes happen, but after calling them I had to drive 1 hour round trip to exchange the item. Fortunately, the manager gave me 2 joints for my troubles, which greatly helped the situation. Good service overall, fantastic sales, and great product.

If your looking for a great deal on a ounce, then this is the place! Great bud for the price. Great service all around, with no rush. Cool ass shirts, and hats. Also found the Boulder Bars for $12.50, where other stores charge up to $20. *Do not hesitate to swing by this place!

Love the staff! Super friendly & helpful. Location is ideal as i live 2min away and get my nails done next door. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. Love it!
