Always enjoyed their product over the years. Even their apparel/retail department. Best in the Eagle valley all around. Just recently, though, I got into an argument with them running a "BOGO" special on concentrates. To me BOGO has always meant you buy one, and you get one free. BOGO is a 50% off deal. If it were any other deal such as "buy one/get one 1/2 off" the term "BOGO" should not be used. Their deal is really a 25% off deal. You buy one and you get the second one 1/2 off. I received a lot of push back from the dispensary about this type of false advertisement. I was lured in thinking I was going to buy a gram of concentrate, and get another gram of equal or lesser value free (as advertised a 50% discount). It's not a BOGO deal they're offering at all, and not one person there gets the concept.

I loved this store. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The sales person was so sweet and made sure we got everything we would need for our medical needs. We went to a different dispensary in town and sale person was rude and tried to rush us didn't seem to want to educate us. In the future we will only come this dispensary.

I've been to dispensaries all over Colorado and this place is definitely in my top 3. Great product and awesome deals on already generous prices along with an awesome staff. In you're in the Vail area skip the tourist traps and head here instead.

Super friendly and knowledgable staff. Nice selection of all kinds of goodies, along with accessories and apparel out front. They were out of standard pre-rolls when I went, but offered some wax-infused ones at standard price. That's customer service if you ask me. Not to mention the genuine interest in talking to you and providing the best experience possible. Check it out if you're in the Avon/Eagle/Vail area!

I had the pleasure of shopping here two weeks ago. I purchased extract cartridges and prerolls. Having worked in the industry for a while I have or thought I had a pretty high standard, but product quality blew me away. That said the reason I will be coming back is the staff that I dealt with. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, and my budtender Colette was friendly and knowledgeable, correctly explaining co2 extraction, fractional distillation, and terpene reintegration. I will be moving to vail this coming week, and plan to shop exclusively at this dispensary.
Visting rocky road was the best part of my trip here in vail. I definetly will be coming back soon because these deals are unbelievable.
