Continues to go downhill in quality and packaging is worst I've ever seen. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves. Worst parts they just done care as you'll notice from their lack of responses to everyone else's complaints and problems. What happened to the customers always right? As a grower and maker of concentrates in this state as well as Maine it blows me away to see how differently and more professionally things are done elsewhere

I am sick of these people not offering what is on their current menu and pushing whatever they have extra of to people they think will put up with it.
They don't care about your continued business and out of the 5+ times I have been there and even every story I have heard from medical patients involves them saying they do not have specific items on their CURRENT menu.
People are only willing to pay this much if you sell them what they actually want. They are taking advantage of the fact that they are the only dispensary around. Hopefully not for long.
Save yourself the hassle, spend a little more gas money and go elsewhere.

Very convenient and easy to figure out everything. They have people all around to help if you have questions about strains or products they offer. Great prices compared to places I’ve been in Boston but obviously taxes still get ya sometimes! Definitely coming back! Ordering online is super quick and nice. Have your ID ready always!

Dishonest. Not being a heavy smoker with money to spare I only wanted a gram. First time I called ahead and was told they have, only to get there and be told they "just sold out" but I can get a two .05 pre rolled but it's $5 more. Second time I called ahead again and was told they have only to get there 40 min later to "just sold out" again. Funny, for being just sold out the menu didn't list any grams. I was told they would gladly sell a bigger quantity. Not too happy I talked to the manager. He didn't apologize, but just blamed a "new" employee. Don't know if it's the store or company, but that's shady business tactics.

Disclaimer. I work in the industry for a competing company.
That being said, Sanctuary has a great reputation through out the cannabis community here in the state. My girl grabbed a Indica cartridge and I bought a Sativa Shatter. Both her and I were happy with our purchase. I LOVED the way their shop set up. Front reception area was a bit tight but the rest of the store had a wonderful flow and one we intend to model our shop after. Beautiful thoughtful design with a eye for teh consumer. Having a product specialist WITH NO POS when you first walk in to learn about their products was a wonderful touch. Thank you guys.

Amazing team, great products! Right when you walk in your created by a friendly group with a bunch of positive energy.
I was able to get a good amount of education on a product called space dust! Yikes! This shit will elevate you like no other!

Come here alot, have had every flower on the menu, most isnt what you would expect from a dispensary like the competition in the surrounding areas. That being said SOME strains are OK kind of a hit or miss situation. They are open late so thats always good and the staff is always nice. Good place to go if you want to be in & out as a med patient sometimes.
So I say connivence over quality on this one.

Some of the lowest quality flower I've purchased from a dispensary in MA. All 3 strains were old, tasteless, odorless and full of seeds. Little medicinal effects. Very disappointing. Definitely not medical grade. Posted review on their rec page too, but as a patient myself fellow ents need to be warned to go elsewhere for flower. Until they improve quality at least.

As a new medicinal patient i absolutely love the process. When there is a line med patients can go right to the door and will be let in first. Sanctuary holds patients as a priority & are treated with such respect & care.
Extremly knowledgeable staff & tons of friendly faces.
10 out of 10 would reccomend

The doormen were friendly. The "budtender" was a dreadlocked salesman who couldn't answer basic questions about the products sold. His product knowledge was limited to talking points. Asking questions got me a hurry up and buy something attitude. The checkout staff didnt bother to make eye contact. The flower was over trimmed and excessively handled, it lacked aroma and had flat/no flavor. The shatter was on par with most BHO product. Overall not a good place to buy. Stay home and grow your own.

I like this place the atmosphere is great I have type 1 diabetes for 12 years and 3 strokes the whole right side of my brain is numb but the place is awesome! I need to find a medical marijuana place but I have no idea how to do this?

First, they have the best quality cannabis in the state, rivaling CO and CA, as their grow is superior to anything in the state, they are like a ultra high quality, small batch bourbon shop in TN. Quality has always ruled in MA and when the word spreads that Sanctuary has pot like the good stuff of days of old, there will be a " gold rush." The difference between pot that's ok and the really good stuff is worth traveling for. And everything else there was perfect - the people were wonderful, nice to see some known, experienced friendly faces, the advice I got on strains was the best I have ever received, usually it' s just to sell and not accurate but not here, I tried 6 and every one was as good as the last, now called " top shelf", I have only found it rarely at 10 other dispensaries all across the state, but never so consistantly. My only suggestion, as their unique packaging ( they have many of their own unique products and innovations not found elsewhere) keeps it perfect until opening, they might want to sell either airtight stash jars or Boveda packs ( I tried it, no degradation in flavor or strength) as it dries quickly and not all know how to deal with that, a shame to waste. The wonderful people at Sanctuary should be really proud for getting it so together for the patients and citizens of MA. A big thank you!

They lost a biweekly #MMC customer last week. For the second time when I got home the product was not what I thought I had purchased. Took it back to be told nothing they could do, sorry. $100 purchase they offered me a pre-rolled. Now I will be going to other dispensaries. If you go to Sanctuary check your purchase before leaving the building.

Sanctuary is great and has become my regular go to store. Compared to other dispensaries it is so fast and convenient with ample parking. Staff was helpful and friendly. I just told them what I want and they brought me up to the cashier and I was back in my car in 5 min.

Walked in today and trusted the nice lady that had told me the strain I was looking at was 30% and she convinced me to buy it when I got home it was a strain that was 20.4%. So please everyone do you’re research on their strains because they don’t know much about nug at all.

After my visit to Sanctuary I went home and decided to partake in my newly acquired .5 gram distillate cartridge. When I opened the package I noticed there was a sticky residue the same color as the distillate all over the mouth piece. I wiped it down and just chalked it up to cross contamination from whom ever was filling the cartridge. I took about 6 hits over the rest of the night and the flavor was excellent and the pulls were strong. When I went to use the cartridge the next day the airway was completely clogged. Now I am thinking that the distillate that was on the mouth piece when I opened the container was actually leaking from the cartridge. Every time I hit the cartridge I have to either suck really hard to clear the airway or I need a paper clip to stick in and clear it out. I have tried cleaning it out and it doesn't matter how well I clean it; the clog is still there next time I go to take a hit. Considering the premium price I paid to buy this in a dispensary I expected better quality. For $60 before tax this is not acceptable and definitely makes me not want to go back.

root beer lozenges taste nothing like root beer and more like garbage. your oatmeal cookie is dry,tiny, and little to no cream between. your hash is basically dry sift slight pressed with no heat.

sometimes the flower is a little bit too dry , making it a bit of a rough smoke. still delivers a nice high and big bonus, my arthritis pain is gone for about 4 hours whenever i smoke my favorite strains.

This is an amazing dispensary, I can’t say enough great things!
All of the staff is wonderful, super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products.
The location is great, the building is always kept super clean and always well cleared after snow.
