My experience here surpassed all of my other dispensary experiences. Friendly staff, short wait time and a good range of products for me to buy. Recommending Sanctuary to all of my friends!

I felt very welcome and was very happy with the overall experience. my only complaint would be the cost. being disabled by pain and nausea I am prescribed strong medicine by my doctor. these medications have serious side effects that are difficult to treat. m.m. especially the cbd tincture works. I have been under a doctor's care for almost ten years now and I'm just now getting pain relief. insurance will cover costs for conventional medicine but not this natural medicine that has no side effects, except for the munchies and sleep. 😎

Great service and atmosphere. However, I bought a few grams of the “jolly bean” and I’ve never had bud that was that dried out before. The package was fully sealed, but the buds literally crumbled into dust when I attempted to break it up. Not sure if it was a bad batch or what, but for the price you pay, I expected high quality bud. Will be trying out other recreational dispensaries in hopes of better quality.

Sanctuary has been my go to place since December. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and selection is great. Flower can be a bit dry, but doesn’t take away from the experience. The gummies have the best taste and no weird after flavor. Shatter has been the best tasting and the hash, definitely pick up some hash! The Jupiter pen and cartridges are great too.

Sanctuary is extremely convenient, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If the flower were not as dry needing a little citrus peel, this dispensary would be my number one go to location.

Recreational people you can have this dump! This place is a hole who sells the worst marijuana products in the state and thats a hard feat to beat w all these other garbage dispensaries all over too! Flower is always dry NEVER FRESH! Their shatter is not shatter consistency, bad chef, they use trim for all their starting materials and even mix it in with your prerolls! The products are only as good as the starting material. Its bad quality pot all the way to the edibles for more money than you’ll pay your buddy or just use allbud. Not one good thing to say besides the ppl try to be friendly. The marijuana products are all garbage and the testimg numbers do not match up to a independent lab test i had done. Cant talk about that yet tho;)! U guys suck.

Had a great experience with Maria A today! Great customer service, fast, relatable and friendly. Great atmosphere and welcoming staff as always. Unfortunately the quality of the flower is something left to be desired. - Flower was dry to the touch, meaning I could break it, and roll it into a dust with my fingers. - Flower has visual traits of PGRs. - Trimming wasn’t 100% but decent - Not sure how the flower will smoke as I now have to wait to reintroduce a bit of humidity to it.

Amazing atmosphere and employees!! Everyone is very helpful and friendly from the time you walk in the door to when you leave. LOVE the liquid shatter!! Definitely is one of my favorite things about Sanctuary. No other dispensary has anything like this!! Will be back, you guys are my number 1 place to go! Keep up the good work

Sanctuary is doing great things! For anyone who has been in there I don't need to say how awesome the staff is, they are very friendly and eager to help out and make you feel welcome. Big shout out to the crew. The products I have tried are excellent. Edibles, flower, SHATTER!!!!!!!!(OY) cartridges.... all very good quality. I am excited to try the hash and keif. I cannot say enough though, the shatter is top notch! Keep it up folks!

A much needed addition to Central MA dispensaries! The staff offers an extremely warm welcome at the front door. Followed by knowledgeable budtenders, and a comfortable setting to ask about and purchase medicine. Definitely worth a visit

Location is in a good spot. Plenty of parking. Easy check in process. The products are garbage! My buddy makes better concentrates on his basement! I'm not lying! Buy some jolly bean shatter. It has a sugary feeling when handled and it's so hard to handle you can hardly get just a "dab". I had to scrape w a razor blade all the material that was stuck to the sides and bottom! The stuff was awful and it's not shatter and the news ppl will get a kick out of how this shatter looks compared to Sira or NETA which obviously knows how to make shatter w out ripping ppl off!! Doesn't even get me high??? Unacceptable!

Finally understood some of the lingo and what my individual needs are, so I can better pick the best strain for myself. I appreciate the patience and education from Brett

I am blown away with the products as well as the service I was given today. Outstanding customer service, dank flowers, and no waiting lines or queues. I will certainly become a regular here now that I've found this diamond in the rough.

I think the atmosphere of Sanctuary was great and the service was as well. The quality of the flower is awesome and I would definitely recommend. My only complaint is that I bought 4 pre rolled joints and 3 out of the 4 were rolled poorly and were unable to be smoked.

I bought flower and found 4 seeds in it. Last time that happened was when it was from my "dealer".

This was my first visit, I was taken care of immediately and all of my questions answered with lots of education provided. This dispensary is much cheaper than the one I typically use. The product exceeds my expectation. This will now become my first choice dispensary and I will share my positive experience with others.
