Great people and great product

The crew that works here is very helpful. The states medical system is down and I recieved a call from a sanctuary employee warning me i wont be able to pick up my order.

Finally! I don’t have to drive an hour away to get something decent. I’m a new patient and needed advice. The woman, I believe her name is Jill-Was super helpful and extremely nice. The whole staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Behind the counter, Dennis was very accommodating. He had a lot of knowledge and answered my 5 million questions. I don’t see why people are complaining, I’ve been very satisfied with every purchase I have made; ranging from peanut butter cup edibles to prerolls. All good in my book.

The staff was great and super helpful at the Woburn location, grabbed a few pre rolls and half a gram of citrus samurai sauce that rocked my weekend! Definitely can’t wait to come back!

Thanks to the informative staff, I was able to pick out the right concentrate for me. That Tangerine Cookies sauce is hands down the best sauce I’ve ever had, very taste and really good for focusing.

Had some Midnight Snacks the other day and it was great for pain!!!

3 visits were a charm... then they open an adult rec only in Brookline, Crunchy stale nugs and some hash? I will circumvent this “dispensary” for better quality, service, and prices! ***Bye-bye bitches***

I found this place to be medical only. No adult recreational use. Had to call them. They were very nice on the phone. Info online is unclear for this location.

I was so happy with my first visit! Their introductory deals are really solid (4 $50 dollar vouchers off a hundred dollar purchase to be used on separate days). But it's the product I want to rave about. Their crumble is amazing! The price is pretty standard for MA dispensaries at 60/g but I can't rave about this shit enough! I got Tropicana cookies and Jilly Bean and they were literally some of the tastiest stuff I've ever tried. They also let you mix and match 1/2 g's and you still get the price break.

Sometimes the flower products are overly dry.

Last time I went got weed it was so dry it was crumbling Low on a lot of products

Even amidst the covid 19 pandemic, this facility still maintains a professional setting and produces a great and convenient experience for medical patients and there caregivers. Have been coming here for months. Thanks for all you do there.

I want to go more often but they need to offer a hardship discount of at least 15% to 20 off...love the place...but my banana bread I just picked up was very dry. the blueberry headband is amazing..

This place is the best around! Friendly, helpful, and great product. You also almost never have to wait in line. I have no reason to go any where else.

A little on the dry, could use moisture packs but great spot and service

The staff is always friendly and informative. I order online and a caregiver picks up. So my transaction is over the phone. It is very busy so I am very willing to wait. I get the same great service over the phone or face to face. A Special shut out to Dennis , Andrew& Kayla . It was in and out and friendly. First time there and didn’t get to see inside because I had a leafley order but from what I could see I liked it. Hope to keep trying it out!
