Friendly knowledgeable staff and never a wait. Parking is plentiful and the location can't be beat. Highly recommended collection of various concentrates and carts.

My only complaint is as a patient with the financial hardship discount I expect that once I give my proof for the discount I will automatically have it taken off when I visit, but today I went in after placing a leafly order and never received my discount. A little disappointed even if it was a small order. Insert sad face here 🙁

Cartridges are filled half-way. Was excited to finally have a local dispensary but cannot rely on consistent vape products. Cartridges are expensive enough and it's not fair to pay for a half gram, and receive much less than that. I'm told this is "normal" but have never experienced it elsewhere in my years of being a medical patient. Very disappointed.

Most of the staff is friendly. There’s just that one guy that always seems to to be having a bad day in the front. Budtenders are very knowledgeable of their products but it is a very limited menu. They offer great discounts for first time patients. Their cartridges are good but their flower and edibles could be better imho.

Sanctuary is awesome! I love their Danvers location so much but I live in Burlington so the drive wasn’t super convenient but was worth it. I am super excited that Sanctuary has finally opened in Woburn!! Now I can get all the same amazing product that I love getting from Danvers without the hassle of needing to even get on the highway. I love the convenience. I love the product. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I will 100% be a repeat customer.
