Damian is awesome the best budtender
I give this shop a 10 out of 10. The store itself is bright and colorful. Grabs your eye before you enter the doors. And the bud tenders are all wonderful but gotta give props where props are due Karrie is awesome...she really knows her stuff and listened to me about what I was looking for. Thanks Karrie I will be back to see you for sure.
Dispensary response:
I give this review a 10 out of 10! This is awesome stuff to hear, knowing that you enjoyed the experience from top to bottom; at Sapura, we're doing Cannabis Your Way, and we treat it as more than just a catchy slogan; it's how we roll.

I love this shop, I will always come here out of all the places to go in Coldwater !!
hadn't been in for a while, Marissa was my budtender and was very kind and super helpful
We went to your store for the first time and talked with Kari jo. We were nervous, she calmed us down and made it easy to talk and laugh with. She was very informative and knowledgeable about her job. We will recommend your place and her to our family and friends. I can't wait to come back for another visit. Thank you Diana Foreman
Dispensary response:
Thank you for the review! Karrie is a shining jewel amongst many here, and exemplifies the levels of knowledge and customer care that are considered to be standard at Sapura, and we are so glad you got to experience that for yourself. We can't wait for you to come back for another visit, either!

Love this store and everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable, but I keep coming back because of Karrie Jo Anderson. She knows everything about ALL the products, and helps you find the best product based on your needs. She also provides old school great customer service, and that is rare these days. Love her to pieces.
Dispensary response:
Karrie is a great member of the Sapura team, and she uses her cannabis knowledge and passion to best serve each and every customer that she sees through the day. Thank you for such a great review!

I visited this dispensary a few weeks back. I was very impressed by the quality of not only just the product, but the atmosphere and professionalism was Nothing short of top notch...I will also say that karrie Anderson made me feel like I was special that day just by her genuine care and concern about my well-being. I will definitely be returning.
Dispensary response:
Thank you for saying all of this; this is exactly what we're trying to do, how Sapura is trying to change the face of Michigan cannabis by doing Cannabis Your Way, by bringing in budtenders who have a passion for the product, a passion for the customers, and are able to bring those together in a winning equation that no other dispensaries in the area can match. Thank you for letting us know that we're doing exactly what we've set out to do!

I loved this place from the moment I walked through the door! The art is absolutely beautiful and I am always greeted with kindness, a big smile, and usually a little humor. I’m telling you Karrie has not only made me laugh a lot while I waited she knows her stuff! Thank you so much Karrie on your recommendations!!!
Dispensary response:
Thank you for your great review! Bicicleta Sem Freio (“Bicycle Without Brake”) is the duo of artists who hand-painted our murals; you can see their work in other cities such as London, Berlin, Hong Kong, Las Vegas, Jerusalem, and many others, so it is absolutely incredible that they were able to come here and give us the best art in the state!
Karrie is an excellent part of the Sapura team, and it is hard to picture doing what we do here without her!

This is a cool shop, but it's like most dispensaries, except for one thing. .. Karrie Jo. She is so kind and extremely knowledgeable about every product. While you are there, she is only focused on helping you. This type of service is hard to find, and that is why I keep coming back. She is a keeper.
Dispensary response:
Here at Sapura, we are dedicated to being at the top of the cannabis game, and that includes not only having the best products, but the best people to bring those products to you!
