Way overpriced pre-rolls, old crusty weed, selection is small. Dont bother the people behind the counter with any questions. They will only be condescending, not sure why. Really confused why I was treated like I was stupid. Like arent you the person helping find what Im looking for? Will never go back, not worth it. Too many other shops offering the same or better for cheaper without the attitude.

once I found them...it's hard to not go back. great staff and great growing variety! I love the easy nature of each transaction. ive never been disappointed w a strain I've tried. I drive from Vancouver to come here....and regret nada!

Well first time here for a bud I already knew about, they are much higher on price but it was close. I rate the personality of the worker and place as very low. The least personable bud tender I have ever seen. I won't be coming back, due to no senior discount and service. The bud was good, I already had some from somewhere else.

They kept my medical card when they were making copies of it. I realized this a few days later and called back but they said they don't have it. I know they do because I remember the woman saying they were having problems making a copy but they'd get it back to me as soon as they got the problem fixed. I left without getting it back and now I have no card and am sad. Don't let any dispensary take your card and tell you they'll get it back to you. Stand there and wait until it's back in your hands! This is a fairly new dispensary and I think they are working out the kinks. A good friend of mine brought me here as it's his favorite dispensary. I'd had a taste of their very ow strain, Blue Racing Fuel, and liked it quite a bit. We went on a Friday and got the 5g for the eighth deal. They have a veterans discount and I inquired about that. They said they didn't think it applied to the 5g deal. There was some back and forth on that as they tried to figure it out. I've not been to one dispensary where they don't allow the veterans discount to all sales. Eventually, they managed to get the discount in there but it took some time. Again, I'm hoping it's just a kink they are trying to iron out. We went on a day that was really warm and I'm not sure if they have A/C or not but we were sweating in there and it was very uncomfortable. Overall, it was a pretty bad visit and I'm still upset about the card fiasco. However, I think this place has potential and I like their deals and their house strain.

I'm a big fan of the clean yet simple interior, they're not trying to create an overly fancy and unneeded visual appearance like many places. It's modern and streamlined, which I like more than all these places with carved wood counters and gaudy artwork everywhere. The staff couldn't be better! They're helpful and attentive, but more than anything friendly which goes a long ways. The products were all top notch, I've been in about a dozen or more times and have always left happy. I've worked in this industry for years and years and this is one of my favorite dispensaries to visit. Keep it up!

Great selection, wonderful service, product is quality, it's very welcoming and they have a nice set of deals throughout the week. Portland has an overflow of pot shops and I go out of my way to visit this place.

Great neighborhood shop. They carry a modest but quality-minded selection of old school and cutting edge flower, as well as seeds from a handful of reputable breeders. I don't have personal experience with the edibles carried at Satchel, but my girlfriend and several friends have had good experiences. I'm looking forward to seeing what flowers pass through the jars at this shop in the future.

Been in two times now, DJ is a well learned, no nonsense guy. I really dig it. They've got a small but promising selection of strains that have very exact lineages. It is obvious that the staff put consideration into what they shelf for sale. The storefront is clean and minimal, DJ plays pretty cool music, too. Fleet Foxes last time I was in. The waiting room is cozy and the inside is spacious - I think negative space is important in making rooms feel comfy. There isn't any rush, and they're eager to show you what they've picked and why. There are some really pretty buds here, with deep bouquets. I've tried the Rudeboi OG and the White Super Skunk - both were potent and well cured, not too dry, sticky, and tasty. I took some close ups of the White Sunk and will link it below. This is a cool little shop right near Arbor Lodge, I highly recommend it if you're in the hood and looking for quality weed. A hidden jem. i am very forunate to live only a half mile away. The staff are knowledgeable, chill and funny. Also, the selection I good and re prices are very fair.

Bought a wax pen. They told me to bring it back if I had any problems. It stopped working. I brought it back. They told me to contact the manufacturer myself. That's all well and fine, but i'm at a loss as to why they would tell me to bring it back to them in the first place. Could have easily saved me a trip by telling me "if it breaks, you're on your own."
