Had my partner pick up a gram for us while out and about, very disappointed. Got a $6 gram that turned out to be 20 pellet sized pieces in a poptop. Will not return to this junk shop, there is no justification for charging $6 a gram for low quality b-buds harvested last year. I say good day.

Clean inviting atmosphere with an excellent product selection, but the true 5+ star goes to service! Forrest was the gentleman I observed helping several patrons who seemed to have never ending questions! This guy is a true keeper!! He was very friendly & EXTREMELY knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different strains and steer folks to products that would best suit their needs. WOW I was beyond impressed with my new insite just by listening from the sidelines! If Forrest isn’t this shops training guru he should be!! Good job finding this guy Sensible he’s the kind of fella you want working for you. I come here often and have not had a problem until last night. The budtenders are usually super nice and helpful, but the blonde girl working last night talked to me like I was wasting her time when I had questions or wanted to see different strains. She seemed very willing and excited to assist the male customers, however. I'm sure I'll be back, I'll just try to snag somebody else next time.

Our friend my wife and myself went in last night and we were greeted by Trevor and Jennifer and a third lady. Who were all very kind and very knowledgeable. Jennifer was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful she's the one that assisted us. Her knowledge of the product , Was impressive to say the least. I would recommend anyone that is interested in visiting a dispensary in the Medford area to Definitely go check it out. Their product was awesome and their friendliness and knowledge was above and beyond the call of duty.

I come here often and I love the place but there has been a few time recently I have been not been getting the select Sunday discount. Went in yesterday and bought 2 1g cart. Wasn’t even asked for ID or phone number. Woke this morning looking at receipt realizing it happened went back they said they couldn’t do anything for me except to help me out next time ok tell me how are u going to help me out when u didn’t even ask me my name ?

My budtendor jenn was super sweet and helpful, love the vibe she gave and her beautiful smile, was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. 10 out of 10 would recommend this despensary. Keep up the good work jenn.

This place is super clean and the bud tenders were very polite and informative. I was looking for some flower and dabs and they explained how terpenes affect the high as well as thc levels. Very helpful!! They always have a great selection, constantly getting in new stuff. Their displays are super easy to look at as well, and they’ve got all the prices organized in a menu. I love this place, I always send my friends here

This is my very favorite dispensary. They have great deals all the time, the weed is quality and they always have what I need. Best part though is the staff, they are knowledgeable and always willing to help me out answering questions and giving good advice!

I love that every time I go in there I see the same people working, they get to know you and you get to know them. It's a nice clean shop.

If your looking for a consistent dispensary this is place. Menus are always updated with current flower and daily deals. And they always have a “gram of the day”. Not the ideal place to get bulk flower but still worth a stop. Jen and Forrest are definitely there best employees but they should share their customer service skills with there fellows.
