The absolute best. I couldn't have imagined a more seamless delivery of top quality products right to my door, by a gracious and considerate individual. Thank you Serra for making my meds so accessible during an international pandemic, and removing every ounce of possible stress from the process:)

Serra is by far the most beautifully designed shopping experience in this industry. I would go so far as to say it rivals some of the nicest boutique fashion/decor stores in Portland. They have the highest quality products and best staff and service. They may be a bit on the more expensive side but the premium is well worth it for the consistently great branding, ambiance, service, and products.

I've been to Serra on Belmont multiple times as well as the location downtown. Usually i'll go out of my way to visit the downtown location (even though it's tough to park) since the staff is a little nicer and less "too cool for school" vibes. My most recent visit was during the Thanksgiving holiday. Serra was having the best sales that I had seen with 30% off on Wed and Fri. I went downtown to pick up my medicine and was told that they were out of the battery I needed but I could go by Belmont to purchase. No problem. I went on Friday to pick up said battery along with some more flower. I was told I couldn't purchase more than 1 oz of flower in a day. Even though I was pretty sure that wasn't true since i'm medical , I didn't want to argue since I know the laws are changing all the time. I'm pretty sure they straight up lied so I wouldn't stock up and take advantage of the sale. It's funny because the downtown shop didn't seem to have an issue with my buying more then 1 oz . There are too many good shops with staff who know what they are talking about to go to a shop that's going to treat medical patients this way. Not cool and no thanks. It's a beautiful shop and def worth visiting the downtown location but be aware maybe not the most honest folks.

Um, they DELIVER. Also, I call a lot of dispensaries looking for a very specific non- THC pure CBD tincture.. #1, they had it in stock & #2, they were really kind on the phone. Waiting until noon to order for delivery, but I can't believe such a thing exists.. So happy about this place.

I work nearby and stop in for pre-rolls for after work wind down. Everyone there is super nice and helpful, the store is designed really well, and they have a really good selection. Street parking, but plenty of spots available. Also, they discount your total if you buy more than one pre-roll, winning!

Aesthetically speaking this dispensary is everything!! I love how they have buds on display under a large glass table for easy viewing. Very modern. I have come to this dispensary around 3 times and bought a $12 dollar pre-roll and 2/3 times the joints have been un-smokeable! The crutches were way too tight and was not worth $12 for one single joint. I threw it in the trash. I don’t write reviews often but felt the need to tell people before they waste an hours worth of wages on an un-smokeable joint. Cheers!

Great weed, fast delivery

We loved it! Excellent selection of weed & great budtenders who were happy to make recommendations & explain the qualities & characteristics of the various strains. We will definitely be bidding this shop again...& again. With regard to the environment, the shop is a little different from the average Portland weed shops. Serra has elected a more boutique environment, from the ambiance you notice upon entering to the lovely bag they give you when you leave. BTW: their prices are competitive with all is the others. While it is a rare gem where the soccer mom or business person would feel right at home, it is warm & welcoming to every client. Hopefully, you don't let the boutique description put you off, because you'd be missing out. The decision to create the esthetic of this shop is genius. It appeals to a customer base that might be uncomfortable in the more laid back shops...where I feel most at home....but I will also be a Serra regular.

I am super disappointed with my most recent experience here. I was sold a faulty product by an employee here off of advice that was given to me by that employee. When I brought this to their attention not only did they not help me at all, they were very rude. A female employee took my products to the back room, smoked it and then proceeded to tell me I was wrong. People pay more money to shop at this dispensary, so if professionalism and customer service isn't what I'm paying extra for, then what is it? I was treated like I was lying about what I was experiencing which was a very interesting experience. What do I have to gain by bringing my premium, unused product back on a nice Friday afternoon.. Needless to say. Won't ever return here and will encourage others not to as well.

Best selection of high end flower. Great atmosphere but the best thing about this location is the people. As a medical patient I ask a lot of questions and no matter who is helping me they are patient and knowledgeable. This location is the best example of a Portland Cannabis Dispensary.

Oh boy.... I don't like to give bad reviews but wow, the guy who helped me was real nice, his name was Cody, and all but it took him a 1/2 hour to weight the flower I bought. He broke the stems off for me which was nice, but he dropped flower on the counter, the floor, all over his shirt, on the scale, some fell off the scale that he weighed already and he did not put it in the container. He also did not have an ounce size container and so he crammed it into two smaller containers. Than for some reason his scale wasn't working right so he had to start over weighing it on a new scale. I've been an Ommp patient for years and have not had this type of experience before. I just hope when I get home and smoke this ACDC tonight (I use it for severe insomnia) that it works. He apologized to me several times, than at the check out he was going to charge me $300.00. I told him no it's $240.00. He looked it up and realized I was right so I paid the correct price, if I wasn't looking at the price he would have overcharged me as well. I don't know if he was having a bad day but wow, not a good experience. I don't even know if I got a full ounce.

First time to Serra after stumbling upon them on Instagram, the photos do not disappoint! Gorgeous store with friendly and knowledgable staff and a great variety of products. I'll be coming back soon for sure!

Perfect location, looked like a spa inside. Staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had smoked a handful of times in high school 31 years ago. Last week I went into the store desperate for pain relief from sciatica nerve pain. Justin taught me a lot about what strain he thought I should try (AC/DC) and its other benefits. He even showed me how to go about smoking it. Thanks Justin! The pain is manageable now.

Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff!

It's lit, fam. Short wait for the small group ahead of me to leave. Spacious and comfortable, I could not feel summer inside. I was on my way over to another shop from my place, and saw this one. I figured I could save a few blocks of walking if they sold rec. I paid a little more than at some other places, but everything was top shelf and the convenience of location made the price reasonable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd still go back if I didn't have as many nice things to say, just because it's around the corner from me. Go on in.

This was my first visit to Portland. I came into Serra based on a recommendation of the chocolates. April was awesome! She was able to direct me to the CBD infused chocolates, giving me more of a calming effect I was looking for. I ended up going back again during my trip to grab some more. Each of her recommendations were great! Would definitely go back again when I visit Portland again. Very knowledgeable and easy going. Great stop!

Stopped in here for the first time because they had a particular strain I was looking for. Very good quality and exactly what I wanted. Nice clean shop and very helpful employee more than willing to explain some vape technology to my ignorant self. A little on the expensive side, but I'll be back when I'm in the neighborhood

Little bit pricey, but it has most everything you need in a pot shop.... except for the fact you can’t test the product like every single dispensary out there! Maybe some day we will have that joyous experience to sample the goods!! Lol

this place is so pretty it doesn't matter how expensive the weed is. i'll buy it every time just to carry one of their bags.

This is by far my favorite dispensary in PDX. Staff is excellent. Bud is quality. Environment is on fleek. Can not say enough about this store and Serra in general

These people are always so nice! It sometimes feels a little awkward, like I can't just throw in headphones and read, but they're always really nice and informative.
