Great staff. They seemed super ready to help me. The store is beautiful. I wasn't really impressed with their flower selection though. Also, the shop feels a little museum like so it's awkward when talking to your friends.
Dispensary response:
Though we are glad to hear our staff was helpful, it is unfortunate our flower selection missed the mark. If you come by again hopefully we can find you something that you will really enjoy.

Serra is the end all be all of dispensary experience. Never have I been to store to purchase weed that felt so high end, with service to match! I recently bought a Marley Natural oil pen and a pre roll (golden goat) -- which they rolled for me once I purchased a gram. A really cool place overall, and they carry the best products!
Dispensary response:
Thank you so much for coming in and for your lovely feedback.

These guys were great, very clean, very polite, just real down to earth attitude and smiles all around. came in with no idea what I was really looking for and within 5 minutes left with 3 top strains that hit the nail on the head for the moods I needed. Thanks guys. the eye candy helps too, thanks ladies ;-)
Dispensary response:
Hi Ronaldo, Thank you so much for reviewing us. I know there's a bit of a delay since when you originally posted this, but I wanted to make sure you felt the love! We're so glad you had a good experience and found 3 strains that hit the spot. We hope you've come back again since September.

went here last night while dispensary hopping and I ended up staying for an hour because of how they set up the store,I love how professional it is,it really gets away from the heady feel that a lot of dispensarys have and thanks Jey for showing me and my buddy around your store! :)
Dispensary response:
Thank you for coming in and spending time in our shop, we appreciate your feedback.

Love this location! The guys who work here are always super helpful and knowledgable. I would also highly recommend buying smoking devices here. They are extremely high end without the price tag.
Dispensary response:
Happy to hear you enjoy or selection of accessories as well as the service. We appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again soon.

Beautiful shop, very friendly, knowledgeable service, well curated selection. On my first visit I asked for help selecting a strain and it perfectly matched what I was looking for. I recommend this shop to lots of girlfriends who are new to going to a dispensary.
Dispensary response:
