They have high quality weed and customer service fixed all my issues, would "highly" recommend

they do not have a good environment that other dispensaries have in my opinion, none of the budtenders I've dealt with were knowledgeable, and they make you pay for bags even if you're spending $200 they will charge you a dollar for the bag, which If you're buying a one preroll fine but even then if you're spending 40 bucks or more, give me a bag free of charge, I won't go there anymore, and I've spent hundreds and hundreds there.
Shango has great deals on pre rolls. However I won't be going back in there again after today. The customer service is lacking. The first time I had an issue was the horrible lack of customer service . I walked in and had to wait 10 minutes and there was no one but me the sales people and 1 security guard. When I walked in there were 2 sales people and when I didn't get any help immediately I turned around to see NO sales people. When someone finally showed up it was because someone was getting medical marijuana. Keep in mind I had been coming in there from day one when they opened so about 4 or 5 months. but having been there before I had the issue that day I figured okay, I will let it go. Bad customer service happens even in the most A1 of businesses.. So fast forward to today, mind you this is 4-5 months after the last incident in addition I go in there 2- 3 times a week at times and I may miss a week but I'm a pretty frequent customer, usually hit it up after work and sometimes before. I usually buy pre-rolls but I have bought edibles and flower. But today I walked in with my purse like always and the security guard decided he wanted to check my purse. Nope. I have walked in with my big work bag and they've asked to check it, no problem even left my bag sitting on the seat next to the security guard, that's fine. But when I'm asked to check my purse that I've walked back there with multiple times, too many to count and when I say no I'm told I can't even wait in the building. I'm done. Shango will not get anymore of my business. They are literally 5 minutes away from me , 15 if I wanna take a walk. But now I have no problem driving 15-20 minutes to the next dispensary. It doesn't matter what's being sold if you have crappy customer service especially when there's other places to go.
I come to this dispensary often and have never had a bad experience. Tonight was no exception. My bud tenders were amazing. Shawn helped me pick out some concentrates and recommended some great products for an amazing deal they have every Tuesday. As it was around 7pm it was a little bit of a wait to check out but Triston was amazing as always. He was super friendly while insuring I got the right price and even added my local discount without a word from me. I left the store with a huge smile and was stopped by Triston in the parking lot because I had left something inside. He went above and beyond to ensure I went home with what I needed. I would definitely recommend coming here just for the amazing customer service they provide but also because of the knowledge known by the staff. You can’t beat the price either! Shango definitely earned the 5 stars!!
This is a favorite of mine. Always greeted by friendly staff, feel appreciated which is always a plus. I am served quite often with Erik, I love it when he serves me. He’s always consistently cheerful and very professional. He’s able to process my order and hold a friendly conversation at the same time. If I had a business I would want 20 Eriks! One last comment, I’m discouraged by the offers I earn. They never benefit me. One time I earned a pipe and lighter. Never again though. Thank you
Stopped in for a first visit today. Just wanted to try it out. K was extremely impressed with not only the prices and selection but the customer service as well. Most dispensaries in this area have crap employees that barely know what they're talking about and don't care. My budtender (Ian) not only had knowledge on each product, he also answered my many questions without seeming annoyed with me and made some great suggestions. Definitely gonna be returning.

Excellent pricing and strains, great and quick service, atmosphere wise, being from Texas and having been to 7 dispensaries here in Nevada prior, security there is a tad edgy feeling and they have a very hard on no phone policy and actively monitor you while waiting for check out. Other places were a good bit better with not only personal space but with making sure to notify you upon checking in to put it in your pocket or just no calls or photos/video and free wifi. Hands down though, one of their strains had me laughing for absolutely no reason for a good 45 minutes before the headache and munch began. Grandpas Breath 👍😏

It's on Boulder highway so it's in a sketchy area but the employees are great, knowledgeable and friendly. Consistency and variety are the cons about Shango. Sometimes (rarely) I've come home with edibles and prerolls not nearly as potent as the previous pack. It's rare but when it happens it's irritating. They don't have alot of sativa strains, which use to be a problem for me because when I started smoking all I use to go for was sativa's and sativa dominant hybrids. As time has passed I've come to appreciate indicas a lot more so it's not a problem for me anymore. If you stop by Shango make sure you get some Grape Valley Kush it's heavenly.

When Shango Las Vegas was a medical marijuana only dispensary, they were great, across the board--quality, staff, and most importantly, for me, price! Now that recreational marijuana has arrived in Nevada, the greed that we all knew was coming has set in after only two days of recreational marijuana in Nevada. For example, did ANY of the dispensaries have a 4th of July sale? None that I'm aware of. I guess since business has increased, at least quadrupled in customers according to local reports, there seems to be no need to have specials to draw people in. Also, a trip to #Shango yesterday revealed that they have immediately increased their E-Z Ounces to $189 per ounce, up from $150. Then today I checked Shango's website again, and the prices of their E-Z Ounces are showing up as much as $239 each. Still cheaper than most dispensaries in town, but a $50 increase a day after a $39 increase? PLEASE! It's nothing but pure greed on Shango's part. I also noticed that the density of their buds has decreased substantially--supposedly so it won't last as long and you'll have to replenish sooner? When it was only a medical marijuana establishment, quality was higher at Shango and prices were good. That's all changed over a period of days, now four days. Shango, as well as the other dispensaries, should be ashamed of themselves for their flagrant greed. I was a regular customer at Shango. Now that will no longer be the case. I may still shop there, but I'll shop around first before returning to Shango!

I’ve recommended this place to several of my friends and family. They all go there for various reasons but, their reactions are all the same. This place is AWESOME. I always tell everyone to ask for Ian. He’s positive and knowledgeable and he’ll help you find anything. He also never seems annoyed no matter how many times you change your mind.. which I do a lot. Great prices here and quality products to go along with it. I wouldn'tgo anywhere else.
I always have the best experiences at Shango on Boulder. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall awesomeness. My favorite flower here is GVK (Grape Valley Kush) but I have yet to get a bad flower from them yet. Alexander W. is one of my favorite budtenders there
