They don’t honor prices on their own menu. Almost every time I go in they have certain prices posted for a certain products on their menu, when I go and ask for it they tell me that they can’t let it go for that price they themselves have up. If was an error for that day I understand but every time I go in to the shop it’s the same. This place is burn out, go further down the street you’ll find the stiiizy store go there instead

I like Shatter don't get me wrong. I never have to wait, and the flowers are usually nice. However I won't hold Shatter too responsible for my last two purchases. This is the story. I purchased an 1/8 of sour deisel by jef. When I got home I weighed my bud and that 8th on my scale came out to 2.66. Not too upset about it, only a 25 dollar 8th. The following trip I bought Creme wifi cookies 33%thc. It looked too good to be true. I spent 55 dollars total and what did i get?? Well upon opening it and smelling it, the bud smelled like OG and cowshit. The more i smell this, it smells like bad breath / cowshit. Okay so I'm half way through my 8th and I cannot smoke this garbage. It got me a decent high nothing to brag about, but it is fucking killing me. My lungs feel like shit like its creating fluid in my lungs. I've come across certain strains especially hybrid strains that the smoke is lousy. You need to hire an expert to smoke your weed before you make big purchases. Just because you have a huge selection doesn't mean all your weed is good. When you guys first opened I bought some Larry by soma farms. I was so disappointed because that bud did not get me high that I stopped going in for 9 months. You eventually got your shit together and had some better selections but now it seems like you are going back to where it all began. You should focus on getting some solid low price stuff. Weed should not cost more than 30 bucks an 8th, and for that reason I AM GOING TO GROW MY OWN SHIT. I went to the other shop in san bernardino. It was annoying waiting around in line, but my lungs are grateful now. Got some Ice cream cake 8th for 29.99 plus tax. My lungs are recovering now, and my seeds are sprouting. There is not much difference between some 30 dollars 8th and 60 dollar 8th. Just my take with over 20 years tokin experience. If You need someone to sample your bud before you put it on your shelf I am available to help. Otherwise good luck with that....

I brought my cousin from out of state and it was both of our first time at Shatter. The homegirl JAM helped us out. Saying she was knowledgeable about the product is an understatement. She made us feel beyond comfortable and appreciated. Listened to our wants and needs and delivered!!! Not too bad for being smack down in the hood. Don’t be upset when you see a long wait because we are still in a pandemic and they gotta do their part to keep us as safe as possible

NO samples of flowers to view or smell, walked out without any bud because of that. Any shop that doesn't have samples of the product built into their sales plan is so out of touch with the customer base it's scary. Good luck staying open once the rest of the legal competition opens up in SB.

I would like to report that the viral awareness standards and diligence of this business at such a perilous time is remarkable. Shatter is more than deserving of recognition from loyal patronage, the community it serves, and any of their partnering neighbors. This business is continued to proof that all lives matter.

They need to bring back Branded live resin pods. I know for a fact it was a best seller, and I know the decided to stop carrying it for NO REASON, as I even emailed branded about it. Beta manager needs to grow a pair and start ordering some quality product. Not recommending until you bring back some quality products!

My budtender Annette suggested my raw garden and now I wont use any other cart. Her suggestions were top notch and she listened to what I was looking for. check this place out if you havent. best price of bud from low to mids to top shelf.

Be careful of the advertised price! I saw a deal on a 1/8 OG Bob Maley and I thought ok I never been there so let me check it out. When I got there they told me to get that deal I needed TO SPEND $50 BUCKS. What a ripoff, they should have said that in the advertisement. Total Scam like a used car salesman. Go to Capt, Jacks they are straight up. I won't be back.

This is a really cool place, even though the area it's in is pretty sketch. They've got a really nice selection of flower and all the tenders I've talked to here have been helpful. Keep this place in mind if you're nearby.

This new dispensary is a hidden gem! One of two dispensaries in the San Bernardino area and definitely the best prices. Will definitely be back!
