I was offered a promo in the app. I ordered and when I arrived they removed the promo and refused to honor it. I showed them my receipt with the promo, they stated it was an accident and charged me full price. Won’t be going back
I’m writing this because after a lot of research I can say that I have had the worst smoking experience since moving to Nevada I’ve bought the most top shelf flower I could find spent good money and still it gave me no relief. Do people really travel to California just for quality cannabis or am I missing something?

This is the slowest place in town. I waited over an hour for just one eighth for curbside pickup. I ended up going in and having to wait an extra 10 minutes in line because this place is too slow to put one singular eighth into a bigger bag and click a button on their computer

I'm pretty frequent. I came in with a nice new jacket around 9:30. I understand some people come in later at night from the diamonds casino... Someone was in my personal space and lurking on me. Please do not have your employees ask revealing questions like where you going? What you doing tonight? While she made eye contact with the guy knowing he was on me. Seems like your attempt at patient client relationship (questions) is actually dangerous and may be being used for robberies. So I think you should reconsider having questions asked.

The assistant manager at Reno 2nd Street has behavior customer service problems. She lacks basic problem solving skills and should be kept from the public. The new webmaster needs to be fired. The website is in shambles since Zen bought out Sierra Wellness.

This has been my go to dispensary since I started smoking. It's close to my house and the staff is really cool. I went to do a curbside pick up and the person who brought my products out was a very rude. I was paying some of my total in cents because I didn't want to break any bigger bills and its cash only. I gave him my money got my weed and went home. I realized they gave me the wrong thing, so I called and they told me to go back and just ask them to switch it. No big deal. When I went the same person greeted me with "you didn't give me enough money, you were short 45 cents" I was like oh okay let me get that, I'm sorry. He didn't apologize for the mix up of products, didn't care that I had to turn around to replace the product, nothing and was extremely short and crass about it. When he came back I tried to give him the money and he told me he couldn't take it because the transaction was closed... what was the point of bringing it up then? Why make me feel bad about something that I could not change? Not to mention, I consistently overpay because I tend to not have change and they keep the change, however I understand that's the policy. The inconvenience alone of having to turn around alone and go back to switch my product was worth 45 cents. Don't know if this person was having a bad day but he kind of ruined mine and I think I will be changing dispensaries because it was a super unpleasant interaction.

Overall the service here is what sets this place apart from the others. They have excellent deals and excellent staff, who don't hesitate to go the extra mile for regulars or new comers alike. Natalie B my delivery driver remembered me from the day prior and was very helpful to me in making sure i was with happy with the product and that is only one of the many examples of good service I've been given here.

I would highly recommend not using this dispensary. I purchased an expensive bottle of CBD tincture from them. The bottle was extremely difficult to open. I used it twice, and had to struggle to open it both times. It's a push and turn dropper. After 2 uses, the bottle would simply no longer open, so now I have a full bottle of tincture that cannot be accessed. I explained this to the folks at the the dispensary, and their response was basically "too bad for you, there will be no exchange or refund for the faulty and therefore useless product that we sold you". This is an absolutely embarrassing level of customer service. There are plenty of dispensaries around. I plan on using one in the future that has at least a bare minimum of integrity and respect for their paying customers. I recommend you do the same.

This place is one of my favorite dispensary or was now. I always come here mostly every week and sometimes things went wrong I totally understand it but this time is horrible. One of careless budtender can ruin it for you. I went in today wanna get like 3 different strains but my budtender just got me in and walk right back to the counter and start chatting with co-worker rather than take care of my questions. Okay that’s fine I’ll pick my own strain. Not yet over. I bought my bag in and I suppose to got 1$ off like normal but I don’t cuz he was too busy chatting to realized I bought my bag in. And at the end give me the wrong receipt. However I always expect information about my flowers that I’m goin to buy and I always spend 100$+ mostly every time I stopped by but after today with horrible budtender I got. I’ll go spend my money somewhere else than.
