Just moved here and so far this place is my favorite in town, nobody rushes or pressures you it’s so laid back and calm I love it. This is my new go to place even tho it’s a little further

Very quick service. Quickest I’ve ever been in and out!!! Everything was very affordable...coming from CA I was happy to save some money. Got a gram for $8 which is reasonable...I’ve seen grams going for as high as $25 a gram! Insanity. Definitely will be coming back next time I’m in the area.
Everytime I have gone to this dispensary I have had problems until the last time I ordered three 1/8ths online and when i got there the price was $38 more than the order total I recieved and they refused to honor it. Thats just one of 4 examples. Will not go back here unless they change their management because its a definite problem.
I would give more service stars to Max if I could and for the atmosphere. From the security guard to Max I was made welcome and treated in such a wonderful way. Max answered every question, of which there were MANY, without making me feel like I was a burden or an idiot. I am leaving his name and your shop info with my mom should she ever want to stop by after I travel back home. I will be back again!!
Wow! We went for the opening day of recreational marijuana. The employees treated hundreds of us with, kindness, understanding and respect. We were served water, sandwiches, cookies and pizza! It was an amazing experience we will remember for ever. We highly recommend this pharmacy and will purchase there again. Extra cudos to Budmeister Kyle, thank you for your help and patience! Fantastic. Today was the big day in Reno, recreation legality for everyone over 21 in Nevada! The staff was on top of everything. The service was excellent considering all the lines in the state. Water, cookies, information and promotional items. These are true professionals in every since of the word.

Sierra Wellness is a great dispensary. The check in was simple for first timers, no wait, and every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and went the extra mile. The care provided to patients is excellent. The information cards for each strain are an incredible resource. Haven't seen that depth of info at other shops in town. Joey was patient and really helped me understand more about the things that help my specific issues... and when suggesting strains... he was spot on! it's a very nice place lots of different fkavors
Knowledgeable staff. The wait time was acceptable. I like that medical care holders have priority which I am not. There is a scrolling display for the menu but I wish the had a better display of the menu items as well as some paper menus to look at while waiting. The selectionwas fantastic, I left everything I wanted and more.
