After going to almost all the different dispensaries in Reno. I chose and will stay at silver state relief. That have plenty of supply. Tons of different products. And they are actually reasonable. Not to mention the location rocks!

Location is good other than selling prerolls that are so fine shake that you can’t even smoke them way to go will never buy a pre-roll here again other than that service And flour products are awesome

Silver State relief is the best there is.. I've went to other dispensaries arond Vegas (planet 13 etc) but nothing comes close to this store. The product is AMAZING. Service is the best around and the prices/selection can't be beat. These guys know how to take care of you and make sure things are right. Happy to be a customer.

By far the best experience I've had at a dispensery in Reno/sparks. Great staff who are super efficient, and all it takes is a quick scan of your ID to get in which is awesome.

Bought some shake. It was dry as a bone. Like dust. Makes me really cough badly. If I didn't know better it had mold in it

This was the third dispensary I've gone to - all here in town - but, the best visit to one yet. Amazing space and atmosphere - inviting, fresh, clean and arranged in a consumer friendly way. There are display tables accessible to shoppers, you simply walk up and take a wondrous whiff. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Every question I had - and I had many - was answered with care. Eric, the budtender, was courteous and had fantastic recommendations and held a nurturing energy while helping me choose my medicine. I also feel that I got an incredible deal on the products, that I spent a relatively small amount of money on a quality purchase and great experience.

Out of all of the local dispensaries I've been to, this is by far one of the friendliest I've been to, with wonderful and personable friendly staff. My cashier Kiera was a wonderful budtender, so chatty and positive and was amazing to talk to weed and life about! She was also super pleased by my selection of weed asked for, which was Blue Dream, Durban Poison and Island Sweet Skunk. I'm definitely coming back on my next payday and/or refill of my 'medicine', wonderful staff!

These ratings are based entirely on my last visit, up to this point, I'd have given them 5 stars. I just went to Silver State Relief in Sparks, NV, to return 2 vape tips that say "no atomizer" when I put them on my IStick TC40 battery, which by the way I've never put it over 9 watts on one of these tips, nor do I ever put it over 14 watts on my nicotine vape tip. They both were still full, and never worked, yet the gentleman who helped me said "We will return these this time, and I'm putting in your acct. to not return anything again. We don't guarantee them unless you use a stick battery." He took them in the back, came out and said, "You burned them up, I can taste the burnt." Really, so now I'm a liar!!!! I said I've never been told this, don't you think you should tell people this? He said, "We don't know what people use." Well if that's the case, why not tell people, only use a stick battery? I'll tell you why, they don't want to take ANYTHING back!!!!!

Out of all the dispensarys in the Reno/Sparks area this is the best! No long lines. No waiting in line then straight to a counter. Nope! You walk in and can walk around looking and smelling different strains of flower, concentrates and products like candles, shirts, lotions etc. they sing you happy birthday and give you a free lighter and stickers. Very happy relaxing atmosphere. Super good quality and prices vs all the other dispensarys. Highly recommend this place!

I writing to address more of a complaint, than a good review. Silver State is convienent for me because of work, but it seems there is some decpetion going on with sales. Last week i went and purchased a pre roll. Most if not all places assume 1 gram pre rolls. Silver State Staff DO NOT TELL YOU when you are purchasing, that you may be purchasing LESS than a gram pre roll. This to me is decpetive and the second time it happened.The customer loses out because of loss weight (which matters to me). I will not be revisiting Silver State, as there are other places comparable that are not deceptive in this practice and activily let you know that what you are purchasing is at least a gram. Its too bad, you all do have some quality stuff but ill spend my money where i can get the most bang for my buck.

They have the best prices on flower for like a hundred mile radius & the screens show you how much everything costs after taxes. Very cool. The selection is great, full of some familiar names & some unfamiliar as well but all equally as bomb. As for the staff, they’re all friendly & as knowledgeable as needed. I won’t go anywhere else when it’s time to re up.

I liked going here, until I found one that gives a 20% discount for any veteran for recreational. Help a vet out and then I will come back.

This shop is big, modern, and clean. Separate sides for retail and medical. Some products not available for rec customers, that's kind of cheesy. That aside, when I've been there I haven't had to wait, and they have had completely satisfactory products available. Cool that they have a head shop too.

I’ve been to several dispensaries in the Reno area and Sierra State Relief is by the far the best. The atmosphere is my favorite part. There are multiple tables set up with the different strains and they are clearly marked for the type of strain and effects. This allows for a more relaxed feeling because you can take your time to decide what you want to try. Then ask questions when you are ready. The prices and quality are also excellent. I highly recommend this dispensary and I will be a repeat customer!!

This is the BEST dispensary in reno, hands down!! Their customer service is amazing. I had trouble with a disposable vape and they were kind enough to offer me a different vaporizer with zero charge and then they proceeded to explain to me exactly how to use it so it would work better for me! Anytime I have an issue, it is promptly handled and always respectfully!!!! Great people, great prices and the herb is always BOMB!! I truly can’t say enough great things about this place. Seth is fantastic btw and the male manager (sorry for forgetting his name) is so kind and helpful. Best dispensary in reno for sure!
