Silver State Relief - Sparks

Do not go to this store! They sold me a faulty product, I then returned it unused, and demonstrated that not only that it was faulty, but it also damaged my equipment. They refused to do ANYTHING about it. Much better places in town with top quality customer service.

I have a great experience every time I step inside the doors of SSR. They have knowledgeable and courteous budtenders; today I was helped by Kyle S. He helped me pick out buds by their terpene profile to try and match the effects that I wanted and he was spot on with his recommendations. The only time I have ever been disappointed leaving Silver State is when they sell out of a flower too quickly because they can have some pretty popular strains. The quality, service, selection, and location is why I go to Silver State 95% of the time I need cannabis products.

Love this place! Staff is awesome, set up is awesome, and the prices are even better. I definitely go out of my way to visit Silver State Relief!

Came in this morning to speak with a manager about a defective vaporizer cartridge I purchased. Dylan was more than helpful and understanding. He promptly made it right and was exactly what I was hoping for. Good job on the customer service and thank you very much

I have had the opportunity to try several dispensaries in the Reno/Sparks area and Silver State Relief is the best hands down. The Staff has always been respectful from being greeted at the door through the entire buying experience, my favorite budtender by far is Kristopher H, he is very knowledgeable and always there to help you get it right the first time, I won't go anywhere else. Keep up the great service SSR, Your are the best!

great selection, GREAT customer service from Megan and her support staff, I had a broken cartridge and they we're nice enough to swap it out for me! made my vacation great! will be back!

Definitely my favorite dispensary in Northern Nevada. Everyone is friendly. I always feel welcome. Best price range in Reno Sparks area. Definitely the cheapest prices edibles in town. Tahoe OG and white widow are always on deck.

The store was amazing but what really stood out was my bud tender Kyle S he was really chill very knowledgeable and made sure to get me the type of strain I was looking for whole cracking jokes making sure I was comfortable and having a great time in the store I recommend him as a bud tender even if you have to wait a bit. He normally wears a hat has glasses and a beard give him a try you won't regret it.

Excellent. My budtenders Ijere and Ego are a blessing every time I come in. They keep me coming back. A major asset to SSR.

Any five star review here is a fake! Everyone in Reno knows this place sucks Their weed is dry to a crisp and their customer service is awful Don't waste your time or money too many better options

One of the nicest dispensaries I’ve been to, the staff is so chill and awesome, wait times are negligible and everything is great quality. It’s the only place I shop in the Reno area.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, great selection, and the best prices in town. I highly recommend trying their flower and house concentrates.

The service and products are excellent. Sierra helped me and was extremely knowledgeable about not only the products but which products would specifically help me with my joint pain. I’ve spent at least $10k at this dispensary over the last few years and watched it go downhill in every aspect. If you are looking to be grunted at by a pissed-off door lady, presented poor quality choices and expensive prices, and then being told to take a hike after receiving malfunctioning Cartridges, you’ll love this place. If you want to be treated like a human being, go elsewhere.

I only come here for 3 things: great prices, dank weed, and Tony.

Great place just do what you need to do there & of course they will explain everything you need to know if you have any question.

I came to Silver State not knowing much about weed. Kyle S. was able to explain the difference between strands, and all the different kinds of weed. He was nothing but friendly and helpful.I was in and out of here in about 10 minutes. Excellent customer service, and establishment.

I've been going to SSR for almost two years now. The front desk girls know my name and make me feel welcome like family, they even know its me when I phone in my orders! Such nice young people there. My favorite stains are OG#18 and and biojesus!

This is my favorite and best priced for medical flower in town. They've always been helpful and always have higher cbd flower in stock. Since recreational came into town most only have super high thc flower.

Great location and atmosphere. I bought an oz today. I open a quarter of Sour Diesel I bought and it’s super dry. I hope the rest of my stuff isn’t this way!
