Very helpful on what to buy and how each individual product works

I have been coming to this Silver Stem location for over a year and will continue to shop here. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledge and they make my shopping experience awesome. I have had one instance where the bud tender didn’t give me the daily special that was advertised simply because “I didn’t ask for the special price”. I had already paid and left disappointed about the transaction but decided to give them another chance. I’m glad I did. On multiple other occasions bud tenders and managers at this location had gone above and beyond to make sure I leave with a quality experience. I love the variety of flower and concentrate strains they have. Their specials are great and membership through Silver Stem offers great deals and incentives. I have shopped all over town and have narrowed this dispensary down to one of the best. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality product at a quality establishment.

This was my first experience at a medical dispensary; and I have never felt more comfortable and free to ask questions, I was made aware of amazing deals and the membership which I recommend to everyone with a medical card. Will always come back. The dudes there are awesome.

I was very impressed with the way the staff engaged me in regards to COVID19 precautions. I wiped my hands no less than 3 times during my visit. Nice job!

It doesn’t matter how busy they are when you go in, you will never wait long! These guys are fantastic with every patient, super knowledgeable about the product and very good at getting patients in and out. The product and selection is the best I’ve found and the member deals are fantastic. I’ve been a member for years and will continue to keep my business here!

I’ve been a patient here off and on for 4 years. They always have a good selection of flower and the bud tenders are good at recommending strains for various conditions. Another great thing about this store is for the most part the employees have remained the same over the years. I appreciate a familiar face. The flower is good quality and moderately priced.

they were very nice when i walked in and there was water and couches which is coo. inside is perfect, well managed and very welcoming.

My first time in the budtenders seemed to be in a rush to get a product in my hands and out the door. They had another customer looking at the flower section at the same time as me. We kept talking over eachother even the budtenders were trying to talk over eachother and I felt like I was being an inconvenience so I just got the first thing they mentioned and left. Not very happy... take time to give each patient a one of a kind experience! This isnt a fast food place
