Floyd's Fine Cannabis - Slabtown

Picked my 3 items, go to check out..... and then I'm asked for a medical card, when your store says both medical and recreational.... if any of my products were medical only, that should've been displayed on this website.... the worst part?!!! I waited a total of 45 mins for them to even begin to make my order. Will not be ordering from here again, sad.... my favorite dispensary closed and I needed somewhere close.

My partner and I came across this shop on our way up to Washington and had an amazing experience! The budtender is super patient, friendly, and well-informed. He took the time to explain the different types of products to us and provided great deals. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through on a road trip!

My visit here might have been the best customer service experience I've ever had. They were very knowledgeable, straightforward, helpful, and VERY empathetic to me. They helped me to cope with anxiety and a moment where my PTSD kicked in hard. I can't say enough good things about the employee I interacted with. Randy was very helpful and educated. I haven't tried the product yet but the samples on display looked VERY good. Definitely coming back.

I work right next door to this location and it’s by far my favorite Floyd’s branch in Portland. Every budtender there is super nice and can answer any questions you might have. One of my favorite budtenders there is Billy, he was the person that kept me coming back when I first shopped back in 2021. And this Floyd’s has the cheapest prices, this spot has easily become my favorite dispensary I'm a frequent face at that shop.

Just wanted to reach out and give a huuuuuge shoutout to Randy! What an amazing easy going experience. Very knowledgeable and helped me with my million questions I had lol. I’ve been to other dispensaries and I know where I will be going from now on it’s here as long as Randy is around. Don’t see many good employees that go out of their way. Randy certainly does!

I always feel a little lost coming into dispensaries, and I think it was written on my face a little. Thank god I had an amazing bud tender Randy. He’s amazing, chill, comforting knowledgeable made not so much better. He hooked me up with some amazing bud and did not make me feel lost or out of place. The quality of the bud at this place blew me away compared to the other places I have stopped at. I’m definitely coming back here on the regular and especially to see Randy to get more knowledge and to see what else he recommends. Everything he suggested trying was spot on!

Always a great atmosphere and awesome Service with a great product selection, I always hook up with my Budtender RANDY who always knows what I need and is always letting me know about New products he is very knowledgeable so there usually is not a question he can't answer, All around a great Budtender, .
