Sol Flower - Scottsdale Airpark (MED/REC)

I see this location has been taken over by Sol Flower. It's nice to see some of the regular faces! And, a new patient deal?! Awesome. 😎 It was obvious today was a busy day but I wanted to say a Thank You to Randy for his consistency and demeanor with the patients and new customers. The product selection is lacking variety in some areas this location is known for but I assume it's due to new testing regulations and adult use. I look forward to the new promotions and inventory! surprisingly from the other reviews I've had two great experiences here but I'm still nervous about them turning into another place that forgets the medicinal people. maybe they could become the new Level Up again.

I’ve never been so happy and welcome in a dispensary before . From the people working, to the really good prices , and even phenomenal product . I love this location. Never have been let down . It’s worth driving 2 hours every time ❤️

This dispensary is constantly going through changes but the quality and service continues to remain awesome! The bud tenders are super nice and helpful and I am a big fan of the new sol flower house strains :) I was worried about the new ownership and how it would affect the quality/ products but I believe they are even better than before.

I liked the products really good. The service was not the best my bud tender said he didn’t support the legalization of cannabis which is fine, that is kinda of odd though. After he said that it got really awkward and I felt very uncomfortable. It was just not a good time.

Quick friendly service

Pre-order doesn’t mean separate quick pickup line like other dispensaries, you get put into queue with all walk-ins!? Would really like to see designated person for pickups!

I placed a order and never heard from them regarding the pickup. My order was canceled 8 hours later, without any call, text or reason.

The bud tender chon was really kind however didn’t know anything about edibles or concentrate. I feel I didn’t get the best product for myself. I won’t be back. I have other places with people much more educated. I spent $300 on product that won’t be enough in potency for my tolerance.

This olace us awesome super friendly and helpful. They know there stuff here. Not just one of the budtender but all of them..hats off to you guys keep up the great job...

Great deals, friendly and helpful associates. The copperstate cartridges in my opinion just aren't as good and don't last as long as other brands.

The SOL website advertises specials that are never in stock, specifically cartridges. Their supply is limited at best, at least at the Airpark location. I was one of the first patients that day also. I used up my loyalty points & will not be visiting again. Learn how supply & demand works & I’ll consider coming back.

Excellent customer service on both visits, Megan was fantastic today. Not sure why people complain about the specials, details seem pretty clear on the website, and they offer more generous 1st time patient deals than other dispensaries. All dispensaries tend to offer more specials on their in-house brands, and Sol has really good in house flower. Not a huge operation, but good selection and no waiting. My new go to dispensary!
