Wild West Emporium - Jantzen Beach

I was immediately impressed with the warm greeting I was given by not only the person who let me inside, but also the other employees, as well. As I made my way to the display case, I was given some very delicious non-medicated cookies. My budtender was Nate. Nate did a very thorough job in showing edibles, CBD products, and vape cartridges (the products I told the budtender that I was looking for), giving detailed info so that I could make an informed decision on what would work best for me. Nate made some great suggestions that I was extremely pleased with, and earned this five-star rating. I am a budtender that works for a different company, but the standard of excellence that we are supposed to display is the same everywhere. Nate truly showed that, and I will be back to Ivy Cannabis to make future purchases.

Great location! Great service! Owner made sure to come over, say hi, and shake hands. Very friendly staff and great product too. If you don’t know what you’re after, they’re knowledge and chill, so you’ll walk away with something that suit your needs. The flower is great quality and reasonably priced. And it’s right on the island too!

Easy to find right off the 5. Just avoid trying to get to it during rush hour... ;) Store is a nice open area to look around. Employee's were very helpful (Nick and Dave as I recall - just good guys workin' hard). I came to sovereign to pick-up a couple clones as their Leafly menu displayed 'ChemDawg'. Well, as it turns out... the menu was incorrect (totally out of chemdawg - go figure..) But Nick was apologetic about the menu - and seemed willing to let me look at every single clone, if I had asked.. And let me use their tablet to search leafly for a new strain (thanks, i have my own strain search engine ;) So i started asked about their other strains. I didn't look at their full menu - after seeing the chemdawg at the top of the list - i didn't care... ;) Nick kindly named off 'all' of what they had, and repeated a few when i asked.. - i chose two.. And I'm happy to say after 3 days in quarantine and they appear to be very happy.. A couple more days and they go to the girl-cabinet to "Veg out" =] >Score on store visit = 4/5 While i was there, and since the place was laid back and quiet, i decided to hang out and find a few strains to try out... My scoring is on the grower primary/strain; >Grower: Lucky ??; Golden Pineapple = 3/5 - nice buzz, but had a funky taste like it had some fungus starting.. >Grower: now shown; Girl Scout Cookies = 4/5 - Very dried out, weighed less that 3.5 grams. - Tasted flat, somewhat harsh, like grow wasn't flushed well.. >Grower:Green Farm ind; Maui Bubble Gift 50:50 THC/CBD. = 2/5 - very dry. - minimal taste, but hint of sweet And the single seediest retail cannabis I have ever bought! At least i can try to sprout some girls out of the wasted money. So, Greenfarm's quality is the reason I had to pull a star on the store posting.. Hope they have a talk with the Rep. Because i'd sure like too... =] tc!!rm

A little hidden but not that difficult to get to.

Definitely one of my new favorite spots. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt in their service. If you're looking for a positive experience in an equally positive environment than this is your place and one I've recommended to a number of medical patients as well as recreational.

My Husband and I were visiting from Texas this week and had to take the opportunity to see the legal cannabis scene while we were here. We had the very fortunate opportunity to discover Ivy during our first day here and it was truly the entire experience I had hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in we felt completely welcomed. There were friendly faces to greet us the moment we entered and all seemed eager to make sure we were taken care of like family. I never imagined someone would be so eager to find the best option for me like the budtenders at Ivy. They were never rude or dismissive even though we asked probably a hundred questions, and to be honest it seemed like we could have happily continued talking for hours. In the end they found some great edibles and flower for me, while finding the perfect cartridge for my husband. I think on of the biggest things I'm going to miss about portland is missing the chance to visit this place more. We'd like to thank you all so much and will definitely be back on our next vacation.

Sweet Shop! Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Huge selection, lots of options! Beautiful dispensary with a view of the Columbia River! Stop by and support these guys. They definitely have something for everyone.

Came in tonight with a fresh sprained ankle looking for a way to take the edge off. The instant I walked in the vibe, the lighting, the way the bud tenders were holding themselves, the purdy clones (something about seeing your meds growing as you are buying them is somehow amazingly comforting.), Everything just grabbed my attention and made me excited like the first time a bought cannabis from a despensary. After being greeted by one gentleman instantly and explaining what I was in for, he had a great funky recommendation right off the bat (I tend to buy what the budtenders get excited about.) One of the other gentleman overheard what I was looking for and after finishing with his customer, came over and recommended a new product that was being sold to help pain. I liked what he had to say about it and would have tried it some time down the road, but what impressed me and made me feel happy to pay for it was the way that he wend all over the store to find it out of the storage and not just try to sell me the display bottle. It's small, but I noticed and really felt like he was trying to heal me, not just upsell. Bang up job guys, I hope you get to read this and you and the upper ups are proud of what service you all are providing. Real medicine from real people. Will be back even though I live in Hillsboro. Worth it!

My FAVORITE place to buy flower, oils, wax and pre rolls... Mark, Cody and Jay are great at recommendations... I got 1 from each and enjoyed all 3... I'll be back soon...with friends!!!

Really like the selection of edibles here. U make gift packs cuz they got clothes n new devices 2 eff you up. My mom gets the extra strong spray thing for her back n She hooks me with the stinky 3.5g for $22 bucks for bein a G son. Win win All the females that work here rule n super chill smart! Great selection of bud and shatter, nice variety to choose from. The staff answered all my questions plus showed me a few neat products I didn’t know were there. Pretty nice place all around!

The budtenders here are friendly and know their stuff, each time I have always left with exactly what I wanted. Ivy is my preferred dispensary and I look forward to my next visit to the island!

Beautiful location, right on the water, and very knowledgeable and attentive staff. I grabbed a bunch of Bubbilicious and some Black Cherry Soda that was recommended to me -- had me stoned after 1 hit! Thanks Ivy crew!!!

Wasn’t sure what I wanted to get but the staff here were really helpful, walked out with a nice selection of goods for a nice price. I was very happy with my experience and recommend everyone stop in for a look.

Absolutely loved the chill atmosphere! All of the bud tenders were very kind and helpful, And the selection was incredible! Definitely coming back🤙🏾

This pot shop consistently has the best deals on good weed. For $26 (after my medical and veteran discount) I can get a half oz of top quality trim that smokes better than a lot of $99 ounces from other shops. they're regular bud starts at $8/gram before discounts and they usually have some pretty decent dank at that level (try the lemon kush). Their cartridges are also well priced. I'm not into dabs or edibles but they seem to have a good selection of both. The atmosphere is good and usually not too busy. Even if I didn't live on the island I would still shop here. If only they took credit cards...

Best shop in Portland area! They have awesome prices and an amazing staff. always make you feel welcome. I will be sending my friends to them for sure!
