Working there didn’t get the proper training. Being a customer I don’t get the proper help. I’m thinking it’s just because I worked there and people didn’t like me no. My girlfriend went in there yesterday and they charged her an extra 16 dollars with bad customer service. Then today she went back for the receipts that she didn’t get from yesterday and they were very rude to her then had her exited out the store when the managers “Charlie” and “Alejandra” provoked her threatening her and everything I wouldn’t go in this place. They have a good point system but it’s always down. That’s why we came to get the receipts today so when there alpine comes back he can fix her points but instead they got rude with her and told her to leave. P.S. The rating for this place is only this high because they have a review this joint for a joint. Meaning if you give them a good review they give you a penny preroll and that’s not fair to the actual good dispos out there. Security is horrible the employees are horrible and managers are never there to help stay away from place if you can. Again not saying this as a formal employee I’ve spent 20 plus thousands of dollars in the place. But as a customer me and my girlfriend have been treated very porly,

Horrible place for travelers!! Please know the law when you travel because they won’t. Once they knew I was traveling then they should’ve informed me of the strict law they have here. Back home we have stores that stay open until 12am so I had no idea I couldn’t be served after 9pm but I also wouldn’t have taken that long!! Thankfully I go home today!!

Ecstatic customer. I walked out with my monthly supply for ~$100. $90 ounce above average bee cookies 🐝. On top of this I walked out with 2 carts (buy one get one 50% off) and a free pre-roll. I was a first time customer so I got 20% off. But even next time I’ll still be right at $100.

These people will steal from you watch your totals at the register go over your totals at the register. I had to stop going the last time they got me was on February 16th 2025, and I was overcharged again. The nasty person that waited on me had nerve enough to say have a nice day. It's wild it's rampant I believe the manager is in on it I would like to talk to corporate I don't want to talk to the manager cuz she letting them still because she let the same person that cheated me and beated me they gave me $11.43 refund he still got a job he's still there right now today and I guarantee you he's going to stole some more from somebody. I decided to stay away because I don't have to be there they have a job I hope they lose it I hope every last one of them lose their job shut it down shut the store down and get some better people...
