BAIT & SWITCH
I ordered 20 prerolls online in the morning, received a confirmation that my order was in, and I that I would be contacted when it was ready.
4 hours later, I decided to call, and the lady verified my order was ready to pick up anytime.
I drove 30 minutes to get there and was told they did not have my complete order, and the price went up $2.17 more per preroll than the online price advertised.
No offer to fix the issue or offer a substitute.
Very poor customer service.
Every time I have placed an order it has been ready quickly and if they are out of stock they will provide options and alternatives based on what you are looking for and sometime even adjust the price to the item that was out of stock. Great friendly service!
I had been using another shop, for my flower because of the atmosphere and customer service, but due to changes in my lifestyle it's no longer convenient. This was my first time at Speedy Janes and it was an amazing experience. The shop is a bit hidden on the outskirts of downtown Hillsboro, but the shop is cute and the music was fun. The bud tender was super friendly and knowledgeable. Plus they've got a fun loyalty program!
By far the best dispensary I’ve been to, like anywhere in the country. Deals, quality & variety of products, and knowledgeable staff- all on point
