today 4/9/25. I requested 2- 1g vape Cartridges. both sativa and indica. check out as normal. when the budtender went to highlight my receipt, we caught the problem that she rang up a .5g disposable. no problem, I would have exchanged it for the one I asked for and wanted, with no issue of paying the difference. the budtender contacted the owner for the option to return the .5g disposable (that never left the employee possession) and purchase the 1g cartridge that I asked for. the owner refused the return and referred for me to make another purchase for what I asked for. she made sure that the budtender make note for me not wanting the disposable (though I never asked for nor wanted). the worry about todays dollar, expired future dollar. keep in mind, my purchase never left the possession of the employee. I purchased the item I originally asked for and now have a disposable that I did not ask for nor want. honest mistake on the employee, discouragement and greed from the owner. I will not be back and tell other patients of this incident.
