Star Buds Baltimore

This is the first dispensary I went and the atmosphere was so gentle and welcoming the number one strain I like to get from here is Sunshine #4 because it’s such an upper for me, boosting my mood when it’s low but also leaving you with a clear state of mind

I've been to this dispensary several times. I used to love this dispensary. Good quality product but, I don't see myself returning to this dispensary until they learn how to talk to people. That applies to the staff and the security!

Used to love this place but now will NEVER go back. I lost my wallet in ohio (now at post office in Baltimore) so I have had no way to get my meds. I call mmcc and was told because I have a picture on my phone of my license and a print out of my certification that I would be fine. Drive to Starbuds and basically get told there is nothing we can do. First off you guys have a picture of me in your computer. Second I literally brought everything I could and basically get zero help. For those that day they are just doing there job i understand that to a certain extent. How about you ask a manager,show some sort of effort to help me. No a person that I've been dealing with for years (you know who you are) basically just says nothing we can do. I always give people benefit of the doubt but this pissed me off. This was the first dispensary I ever went to and today was the last time I will ever step foot in that building. I hope one day you find yourself in a similar situation and get ZERO help.

The staffs knowledge of the products, the wide varitety, and the ease of the whole experience made it great. -Josh

I've received excellent customer service every time I've came to Star Buds. The Budtenders are very pleasant and helpful.

Only complaint is that I got a cart from here that stopped working half way through using it, but that’s not their fault. Just watch out when buying EvoLab products. 😣

I have not had a bad experience yet! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Love the variety!

This place is great, very knowledgeable on items in stock and will help with virtually anything.

I came in as a new patient, just driving by. This location is far from where I live however it's worth a drive. Shay was amazing, I came prepared and with a budget she help spend very well offering a variety of choices along with sales promos. Shay did a wonderful job representing her and the company whom she is hired with. She carried such pose, superior customer service and showing knowledge about the products. She gave me this card and explained the points system they offer. That when you know you've been SOLD! It led me here to do just this! Thanks Shay & Starbuds for a great 1st experience.

Man this place is pissing me off , prices are higher and higher, and limits, really? Now I click on product to order, it in store only???? What the hell, I'm gonna drive outta my way and hope the product is still there? You guys are getting worse, no wonder I cant get any more points here, when i try they keep making it difficult. Too many other dispensaries out there to deal with this.

I LOVE this place!!! I have 3 places I like to go and this is probably my favorite out of all of them. They have a big parking lot behind the building, they have security at the door who will open the door for you, they always play great music, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and my favorite thing about Starbuds is they have great daily deals and the BEST point system... I’m half way to getting 250 off my next purchase and a quarter for 5 dollars... I can’t wait!!! I don’t live too far from here but I do drive pass at least 4 closer dispensaries that I know of to go to starbuds!!!!

Went to purchase a pax device and pod,on sale,,wasent working so i took it back,they exchanged the device out,charged it but hardly any vape,on any setting!!,went outside with the gentleman, showed him it wasent working properly, his lame ass response was that unfortunately, theres nothin we can do,soo that means u dont stand by what u sell to patie ts....awesome 👌!!,ILL NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!,.i cant recommend a place that doesn't stand by product they sell,if its defective,,FIX THE PROBLEM!!

Came here for the first time today because they had the lowest price on something I wanted. Was greeted by customer service demanding my number, cutting me off, and treating me like a nuisance. Their prices are not great, in general, so with the poor customer service I don't plan on coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in the Baltimore area

I bought a PAX 3 vaporizer from here and it didn’t work correctly. I went to return it and was told they didn’t accept returns. I was never told the sale was final and there was nothing on the receipt or signage in the store or literature that said all sales were final. The owner admitted they needed to make those changes in the future but she couldn’t help me. She also was so rude and condescending that I just got angrier and angrier talking to her, or rather listening to her talk over me with a long list of excuses as to why they couldn’t take back a product they sold. A machine, not perishables. I say this because she told me they can’t take flower back either! Can you believe that? There is no comparison between a medicine you ingest and a faulty machine. Nothing but a terrible excuse analogy. I also left a review on Google and the owner responded and lied through her teeth! When all this happened I told her that I was not going to just go away and that I would be following up with the BBB and MMCC. She then said I was threatening her and her staff. I said, “No Megan, that’s not a threat, that’s what people do when a business is in the wrong and refuses to correct the problem. She literally just made things up in her response, things that NEVER happened. It’s all so crazy! I have never seen the owner of a business behave this way in my life! The whole thing is so bizarre. And the owner is a fool because I spend way more a month than 265$ and I was planning on returning. That’s not ever going to happen. She even mentioned it was my first time at Star Buds in her lie of a response. Yea Megan, it was my first time! That’s when you’re supposed to make a good impression so I’ll return again! She sure made sure I never returned. She’s just a terrible businessperson, nothing but excuses and lies. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere else! There are so many better options than Star Buds.

Watch your strains. some seem very suspect and may not be what is stated. Have had 3 experiences where bud was very street. Last experience was with Lemon Dosidos......don't believe what I got was Culta flower......definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again expecting a different result......last 3 times here I have had the same experience. Happy for those that are satisfied coming here.....as for me 👎
