THEY SHORTED ME!!! I bought a bag labeled 3.5. I weighed it because it looked small.. it came out to 3.2 g’s while in the original bag, still sealed. When I called in, whoever answered was extremely rude. She had an attitude, and was interrogating like I was lying. I told her I didn’t even open the bag and I’ll bring it in.. she just brushed me off and gave me a “$5” credit. That’s honestly not good enough for me. It seemed as if they never want to help you. I won’t be using that $5 credit, because I won’t be going back. Ever. HEALTH FOR LIFE IS WHERE ITS AT!!!

I love Starbuds! Always great deals, selection, and the bud tenders are the best around! Vanny is always on point with directing me to the right medicine!

I want to thank my Bud Tender, Alex for the great service. I've been to a few stores and Starbuds tops the list.

I used online ordering to pick up a quarter. After I left I checked my container and they had given me 7 grams of shake when I paid for bulk buds, after realizing this I went back and they happily exchanged it for me. This is probably the only hiccup I've ever had. Still my favorite dispensary!

Great neighborhood store! Parking can be challenging, during peak hours. Staff is very friendly. If you like it deli-style, Starbuds won’t disappoint!

Jess was the bud tender that assisted me for my first time and she was AWESOME! She was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the first time visiting a dispensary not so intimidating

This is a place you only go to when everyone else is closed... like on a Sunday. Horrible deals, higher prices across the board... and limited product selection. $200 for an ounce of shake in shake and bake Sunday? That’s a deal? Other places sell whole ounces of untrimmed flower for $230. $200 will buy you better than that on the street. Wondering about their odd pricing? That odd amount thrown in is their middleman tax... and you can buy the same thing everywhere else for $5-$15 cheaper. If it’s a Sunday and you are desperate... this is one of your few options in Baltimore. This is the “convenient store” of dispensaries- and is the equivalent of going to 7-11 for a can of coffee versus Walmart. It’s going to cost much more, without the experienced bud tenders to justify any type of extra cost for product. These are

For the 2nd time Starbuds messed up my order and tried to over charge me. They never have gotten my order correct. I always have to wait even when I do leafly/weedmaps pick up. I'll never go back.
