very upset when I went in today because there system was down and they did not send out any texts to let people know. I wasted my time coming in and didn't even have enough time to go to another place before they closed..this is not ok
They take to long with customers.Extra long wait time.
When I got there , they wait on u right away. On and out and very knowledgeable and friendly. They make gr8 suggestions and referrals.
The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful as well as patient towards the purchase.
The security guard was very calming and extremely nice. Yasha assisted me inside and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I look forward to my next visit!

The parking is limited. I’ve been to this location 3 times.. on my third time I met Boo, my bud tender. She was awesome! She was really Surprised to learn that Nobody offered me the rewards points.. Soo Boo put me on the reward point system. And I have a shit ton of points to use for my next purchase. 🙌🏻👏🏻😎

I was traveling around checking out Baltimore dispensaries. I stopped at starbuds since I’ve heard they have great deals. Alicia was my budtender and was a great spark of joy I needed in my day. She was all smiles while we talked about terps I was looking for. I would visit this dispensary daily if I lived closer.

Horrible customer care service over the phone!!!!! the bud tender named Austin, seriously had an rude attitude. He had answered the phone really quickly and short! I could not hear him due to loud background talking in the store. I had a serious question about my personal patient information and account. I was concerned about my information being shared at there other starbud location in Colorado! (I kept getting their text messages.) But Austin had told me to rudely to "hurry up" because he had a patient in front of him. Clearly I'm calling as a patient being concerned of my account ! I asked for the manager no response and hang up! He had no care or compassion in his job as a bud tender. A little advice Star Buds.. this is not the first time I seen inexcusable manners and behavior at your location Plus unsanitation for your medical marijuana as well ! I will say I am shocked how your staff had handled me and the customers I referred to you. I will make sure this won't be brushed under the rug.

I went online and checked menu...on starbuds personal website and weed maps and leafly all quotes same item same price...I drive out and am told it's wrong and I cant have my previous ordered medicine for the quotes price...I was disgusted at how I was treated...I will never go back and make sure I tell everyone to shop anywhere else....its a 30 min drive one way ...just pathetic
