curb pickup is the slowest dispensary in baltimore. one tender for everyone I checked in and I'm waiting a good 1/2 hour and still no product

Trying to turn into, and turn out of a tiny dirt/gravel parking lot to/from Falls road is very difficult. The front desk associate greeted me with a smile, and was very warm & welcoming. The associate that packed up my order, who was also training a new guy, was not so friendly. She didn't believe me, and was confrontational when I said the price on Weedmaps for an 1/8th, and the price printed in the binder on their counter didn't match their "official" digital price board until she checked with a manager (Phil?) to confirm their prices were not consistent. And most Dispensaries generally give better than a 10% discount for 1st time patients. I don't see myself going back.

We certainly empathize with how traffic can get but it's the best that we can do with our location, so we hope you understand! As for the pricing confusion, we do have pretty regular turnover of batches and this means the price often changes with them. In our attempt to pass along our savings to our patients, when we get great prices from the producers we sometimes confuse ourselves even! It sounds like we honored the cheaper of the two prices though for you, so we hope you will come back and check us out again and take advantage of some of our other awesome daily deals and loyalty rewards points. I LOVE the employees! Every time I am there they warmly greet me & always friendly! When they had downtime everyone was disinfecting counters & doors! I am so thankful for all you guys do for me!

Very knowledgable staff who is friendly and efficient. I was very happy with my husband and I's experience this afternoon. We got right in, they answered every question we had and we were happy with what we bought by the end of the visit! The point system can't be beat either. Thanks so much Storehouse! They've been awesome with making sure things are running smoothly and safely specially considering all things that are happening now. Love this place and all the staff members!!!
Honestly nothing to dislike Really coo vibes and atmosphere. Every staff I have met so far honestly have never had any problems. Go see either Alex or Josh. They ALWAYS know what I want. Every single budtender over all there has been great. They are always on top. Always having fun and always have smile on there faces. Downsides not so much. A few times they have been out of the flower that I wanted but it’s all good. I can definitely understand the high demand on good flower. If they don’t have it they can definitely hop you up with something better or similar. I always leave satisfied. Saying hello to all newer faces of the storehouse family. 10/10 service. Quality. Atmosphere. Vibes. Staff
