This place used to be awesome. It was my first time back since they’ve re opened inside and there isn’t a single Budtender I recognize. Everyone is new and no one has half the knowledge the old crew. Glad some of them work at other places I go now.

my first time here. went in for their $30 deals. The girl with the blue hair not only rushed me, seen me go to the atm, no fee reimbursement, first time patient, I did not receive my 10% discount. I paid $60 for 2 1/8ths. The gentleman at the front was very nice and helpful. probably will never be back unless they have some meds I have never had at dirt cheap prices.

As for the reimbursement for the ATM--our ATM is always 100% FREE for our patients, and since there is no surcharge we can't reimburse you for it :-) As for the 10% first time visit discount, when we run sales we cannot combine our discounts, so your 10% first time patient discount is still available for you next time! The parking is a mess specially when it rains. They don’t allow you to park in the good parking spots that are reserved for... who? Do not come here if you can go si e where else

We have been working with the city for quite a while to try and get approval to pave the lot and we hope to succeed in the next year, but as you know it can be slow-moving when sorting out zoning rules with local governments. The spots in the front we have been reserving for curbside pick-up, although at times they are empty so if you felt compelled you are allowed to park there. We hope you understand our struggle and we appreciate the feedback, we hope to see you again soon.

Curbside is better at other places. ordering ahead of time on leafly doesn't matter, you still wait forever even after they text you its ready. Other places have it ready. parking a mess. much better pre covid
Curbside pickup was fast, convenient and well managed! Staff is always super friendly! The storehouse is doing a great job, as always!

How do you say thanks to the best Budtenders Alexander and Haley? There was a concern with the Leafy app that had nothing to do with Storefront or its employees. Each researched the issue, corrected the concern, and made me feel good knowing I was heard. The floor manager was excellent too. Holistic wellness was achieved. Thanks all. See you soon.

Shout out to the Storehouse staff! Definitely my favorite spot in Baltimore. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and the product is always on point. The store is super clean too and it’s been a pleasant experience to be able to get taken care of during these crazy times. See y’all again soon!

Saturday 4pm. 5 people waiting....1 budtender.....smfh....then the budtender tried to keep my change....when i realized i hadnt gotten my change....he played dumb...but yet had my change sitting to the side....this was AFTER he tried doing the math in his head....like he didnt remeber...lol. scam artists !!!

I came to Storehouse this week with a friend for the first time. This dispensary was awesome! Our budtender MEL took an HOUR to talk with us about terpenes and concentrates which neither of us had tried. I bought some and I love it!! I have never had a dispensary take the time to talk with me for this long or had someone EDUCATED on the terpenes as well as she was and her coworker which was very impressive! I definitely will be back!!

I had a bate and switch done yesterday at this location. Beware of thr 25 savings, they tend to run out but have the same product more expensive by the same grower. Strain and MMCC geting a call thats illegal.

It sounds like you are referencing the GG#4 from Strane that we rolled out a small batch of over the weekend on our Patient Advantage daily $25 eighth menu. We do certainly wish we had more inventory of that batch and could have had more available to you when you arrived, but unfortunately we only had a limited amount and it sold FAST! And yes, it is true that we also did (and still do) have a higher-testing, pre-packaged batch of GG#4 from Strane on our premium flower menu. We understand that sometimes it can be frustrating to miss out on specials and deals due to limited inventory, which is why we gave you a special discount on the higher-testing, premium batch of GG#4 that you purchased. However we hope you would understand that here was certainly no bait and switch, and unfortunately all the early birds ate all the worms before you got there. We hope you come see us again, and remember to keep any eye on our $25 eighth menu because it turns over quick and there's always something exiting coming soon!
