Couldn’t find the place. Navigation didn’t help. Tried calling - no option to speak to a live human. Unless you have to drive over a curb, and through the woods, I’m not sure how to find the place. Maybe I missed something, but after 6 tries, went elsewhere. I’m a pretty bright guy - even if I did miss something, this place is not easily found by a first-timer.

Hello Mgsnyder1217, we are sorry to hear about your difficulty! We are located on Falls Road, just south of the Kelly Avenue bridge and across from the Leading Edge car mechanic and Joe's Bike Shop. We also have a large blade sign mounted on the corner of our building that is lit up during dark hours to help navigate. As for the phones, we have an introductory message and after that it offers the option to connect to the front desk however we are revamping our phone services soon to improve the ease. budtenders are rude. store hours seem to change randomly without notification

As for the store hours, we have the same store hours every week that we have had all year. Any changes to hours for this holiday season have been posted for weeks online, through signage in-store, noted in our newsletter as well as highlighted in our text blasts. We assume you are frustrated about this past Saturday, when we closed a couple hours early for our staff holiday party, and we apologize for the frustration but we hope you understand. They slow AF..... 3 people at the front desk and 1 working in the back..... that’s so backwards...... some days they be on the roll and some days it sucks.... just take a chance

This should have been communicated to you, and trainees should be wearing lanyards that indicate their trainee status--we know how frustrating it can be when it appears there's lots of staff and it still moves slow. I will never be returning to Storehouse! I drove over an hour to get my medication from this location only to be turned away when I arrived. I tried calling and no one answered, if they were that busy to the point of turning people away, maybe send out a text. Anything would have been better. You are a medical facility and should communicate with your patients better.

Hello dc5boosted, we apologize that we were unable to serve you in the mayhem yesterday after Gov. Hogan's announcement of the 8p mandatory stay-at-home order on account of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our priority if the safety of our employees and patients while remaining compliant with all orders and advice from the MMCC, CDC, federal government and local authorities. Had we known we would be forced to cut off the last few patients to arrive without pick-up orders placed we certainly would have communicated that, however we could not make that determination until too late at which point all staff were helping serve patients and manage the rush and the crowd. While we certainly understand your frustrations, we also hope you understand the realities of the difficult situations we are managing every day. Stay safe, and we hope to see you again some time under easier circumstances.
