I am happy I came to store house. Josh was my tech and he was awesome. Ana helped out and the receptionist was super friendly and made on boarding easy. Great job with covid precautions masks social distancing plexiglass separators. Great job!

Not good customer service to allow people to place orders online, fill the order, send text message saying order is ready, drive 40 minutes for them to tell you we won't be able to get to you before 6pm so we canceled your order. I used to love this place but this really put a bad taste in my mouth!

This has been my favorite shop. The prices are competitive. The variety was nice. I liked the swag -!! There was a mix up on price online vs store - and they didn’t honor the cheaper online price and they were out of an advertised product I REALLY want (but others must have too). The place still gets 5 starts

Always a good day at The 'House. Greeted with some good ol' fashion TLC by the lady at the front! I believe her name is Larinda?! djgusghdughsgsugsgusughothozggsdlgbzd9gb ( sorry my cat walked on the keyboard. ) GOD BLESS the 25 dollar selection. Good stuff for the broke bitches ( me ) The Atmosphere is so invigorating, the fact that Pac-Man is free is amaze-balls! My kid can leave me alone for like 5 mins while I shop and its THERAPEUTIC! :)

I really like the inexpensive prerolls and 1/8ths. the "bring a friend" discount is also great! I'd love to see the list of discount 1/8ths online. one of my go to locations

After going in without my reading glasses, budtender sold me a high CBD product for my son. I was very specific as I am a caregiver and take his needs seriously. When I called back within hours the two “managers” would not let me exchange or credit the opened product that I had just bought. Poor quality of training for staff and poor service by management to lose a repeat customer over a mistake and a $35 sale.
