Story Cannabis - Midtown Phoenix

Came in to purchase a cart I bought online. Cost was 32.50 , as stated on the order. I know there's taxes and fees , so I got 40 off the ATM , thinking That's what I payed last time . Silas an employee rang me up and it came to 40.65 . I was short the .65 cents (.65) . Manager refused to make the sale until I paid the .65 ! Not really customer friendly when you consider , you don't take cards or anything normal retailers do. This Manager he said he was , could not let me come back with 65 cents & I had to get into my account at your place, and it cost me money to take off a 20 so I could pay this rude individual his 65 cents . What bothered me the most , is it seemed he enjoyed the inconvenience it cost me , and annoyed that I did come up with the .65 cents . He was already putting it away . Then acted annoyed that he had to give me change of $19.35 . Customer Service , not even close . This Individual needs retrained or find him a position he likes. Your customer service is incredibly important , since there's a bunch of dispensaries all over town . I won't be back because this guy was so RUDE & not helping your rep at all .

Be careful shopping at this location. Their prices are almost double than every other story cannabis location in Phoenix due to them running their 50% off store wide sale every day so caution when making purchases from here you can save money by shopping at one of their other locations. Thank you Tanner for sharing that information with me. You’re helping me make others aware of this crazy policy that you guys have. Will never shop this location or Dunlap again not that you guys care but definitely putting it out there.
