Talking with the dispensary budtender mentioning I'm on a budget and I want an eighth and their weed is 10/12 a g for their lowest... He sells me two grams for 22$ and as I walk out after I thoroughly read the menu, I see a sign for 25$ eighths........... Like poor service, know your specials, and maybe put them on the menu or mention them. And charging 10 to 14 a gram for not excellent cannabis is a shame. I would like to say I've paid more for less but I haven't since I was 16, about ten years ago..... Very disappointed in this store compared to almost literally every singe other place I have been. Poor marks. Also not a great collection, and very empty seeming store. Only thing I can say positive is the bud wasn't trash, but it also wasn't great equal to the high cost.

All in all I like the place. I agree the staff is a bit inattentive (then again it was busy and half of the customers were kind of blankly staring at menus) and the ambience itself left something to be desired bit not so much that it took away from the experience. regardless whether they need to "spruce the place up" or not I still got top shelf rec at a decent price. They had lost of specials and although the number of strains was a little low the variety between was awesome. I recommend stopping I. for yourself

I love this place. It helps that it's my neighborhood dispensary, but they offer a good variety, their staff is knowledgeable and friendly and their prices are competitive. They are always able to suggest a medicine that handles my wife's pain, nausea or anxiety that works. When we asked for a specific medicine that we know works well they did their best to make sure some was on hand. I'm glad they're right around the corner.
Daily deals are misleading - only for medical - very few & rather expensive concentrate options available. NOT a budget friendly dispensary. My budtender seemed uninterested in trying to get my business. I did get an apology tho for their menu not being updated in s timely manner
Have been in several times and have always been happy with the quality and service I receive. My budget changes constantly, but I'm always able to walk out with some quality flower. Their bud tenders are knowledgeable and accurate. Dillian is a super chill bud tender. Just by coincidence, he has been my bud tender all but one time that I have been to Stumptown. He always thanks me for coming back to Stumptown. My girlfriend, who is new to smoking, isn't intimidated or uncomfortable about asking questions. I think that speaks a lot about the staff and atmosphere. They have the best business cards I have ever seen!
This place has absolutely no energy or positive vibes. Just went there to pick up some cheaper greens they had on menu, checked Leafly before I went had been updated 2 hours ago, got there they were out, got home checked their menu again and it had been updated, I looked and they still had it advertised on Leafly menu. My last visit I got Orange Skunk and it said 23% thc but was the worst ragweed I have seen, my fault for not checking all the badly manicured raggy buds this stuff was a headache. Also, probably not good to be high while working, i've smoked for 20 years and go to work straight. The girl there tried to help a guy who barged in front of me, there was only 5 customers in the shop you should be able to know who's 1st. When I went to pay today I gave here a 100 dollar bill, she owed me 40$ I asked for some change to leave a tip and she hands me 20 in small bills, I said you owe me 40$ she didn't remember the 1min transaction or that she didn't hand me money.. Advice, earn your tip, pay attention, be knowledgeable, and #1 FAKE IT. I do everyday, its part of work.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always willing to talk through what you're looking for. Great quality flower at good prices. Get a glass jar and come back with it for a discount. This is my go-to store.
Always a variety of product and I laugh while I'm there. I try to scout out other places and buds but always find myself saying "CRAP I should of just gone to StumpTown!" And "I'm just going to S.T. cause I don't want to be disappointed"
It feels a bit like walking through a soup line. They seem to usher you through very quickly so they can get a better turn on sales.
They're quick and attentive, and always have good quality Cannabis! They're good at helping select the right strain for you, I always walk out happy with what I got.
My first time into a cannabis shop. I get super nervous going into new places but everyone was so friendly and professional here, I was instantly put at ease. Guy behind the counter, (Joe?), was very patient with me. I asked for something not too stimulating, he explained the general difference between sativa and indica to me, then brought over a few jars he said were potentially helpful for anxiety and relaxation for me to view and smell. I ended up very happy with my obama kush. Overall a very comfortable experience for me. I'll definitely be back.

I have gone here quite a few times and it is my go to place because of convenient location to my home. I've always had a really good experience with the staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and have great strain recommendations for what I need. A little pricey but definitely competitive.

Went there yesterday and the staff (one in particular) opened the door, didn't even greet you, just asked for ID and was kind of rude, dismissive. Felt more like a number than a customer, no smiles, no chit chat, when asked a question about the weed I was checking out she couldn't answer it and just gave me a vague answer. We entered the room and was clearly next and someone cut in front, the staff didn't correct her but whatever people can be rude like that. The atmosphere was low end and it felt like a warehouse that had some pot and cabinets put in it. Buying weed should be fun, it wasn't at this place, won't be back.
Fantastic customer service and a good selection. A bit pricey considering the amount of competition in the area but I always seem to find a deal on a $10 gram. Also I like that the weed is not prepacked so you can really see what you are getting. Just picked up some killer J1 there and it was some of their most affordable weed.
I showed up crying and vomiting from medical treatment and was desperate for ANY sort of relief. Cody was very kind and knew the right product for my situation, and I couldn't be happier. These guys know me pretty well by now . I'm the type that I'm about the quality and service. and they got both. I come in and they always are happy and knowledgeable always hear me complain about my job lol and ALWAYS give me a strain I am satisfied with . I stop by 2 or 3 times a week before I go to work for the convience but I also stop by because the dudes that work their are to legit to quit :) I'll be seeing yall on my way sometime this week to chat it up and get some killer bud !

Very friendly staff, from the door man all the way to checkout. Very nice presentation, attractive labeling and nice big jars full of the good stuff! Regen was very nice and helpful while keeping everything super professional. I got a gram of Nuken and it looks to be the top notch primo, very excited! The art on the walls was a very nice touch and I appreciate having an ATM on hand for cash. I will be back this a great place to buy.
I've been here twice so far. the herb is good. The customer service is GREAT! They were only working with one scale though so I had to wait in line for a bit. But an employee walked around with jars to smell and a menu to keep me busy. I did not feel rushed either which is always good. considering I'm blocks away from this shop, I'll definitely be going back more.
Awesome friendly staff. Killer deals on everything and a really nice space! I got the WHO? Walking Happy oil they sell and it's the best oil I've tried so far!!!! Highly recommended!!
