Not impressed. Prices are expensive compared to most other shops and quality is ok. I did not purchase anything and don't plan on going back until they lower the prices.

Hated the customer service and the way I was treated like i dont know anything about weed. Concentrates are cool and stuff but so is Customer service. Felt like I was in and out and thats all anyone was worried about. Wouldn't recommend it

Dispensary response:

Hi jakedog33, We are sorry you had a bad experience at Stumptown Cannabis. We definitely did not mean to come across as offensive or rushing in any way. Our goal is to educate the community about the benefits and uses of cannabis. Sometimes it can be hard to tell how much any one individual knows about cannabis and we like to error on the side of too much detailed information. We are always trying to improve our customer service so please give us another chance and we will make it right with you.

Good selection and pricing. The wait was very long, however. Maybe it would be better if they gave people a place to sit or allowed them to browse instead of making them stand in a corner of the room for 15 minutes.

Don't go here they ripped off my girlfriend. She bought an eighth (3.5g) and got 2.1g. just because someone may not look or act like they smoke doesn't give them the right to screw her over.

Dispensary response:

Hey, I'm really sorry to hear this happened and this is not how Stumptown weighs its product, we would really like to make this right with you. If you could please contact us at the store, Thank you

The staff really had get in get out attitude. Not real helpful.

Dispensary response:

I hope you were able to find a quality product, but I'm sorry to hear your experience was rushed, that is not how Stumptown likes to treat our customers and we would hope we would be able to make it up to you the next time you visited.
