First time customer at the 16th St and Glendale Phoenix,AZ location. First time I didn’t feel hurried along while speaking with the Bud Tender. I didn’t ask her name nor the Managers name. Wishing I did because Kudos to each of them for helping me with understanding their processes and for providing the knowledge and care I needed. First time visiting and won’t be my last. Nice and fair price points were also appreciated.

First time here, placed an order at 11am to pick up after work at 8PM. Only to be told my order wasn't filled and they are sold out of the product because it's on sale (not my problem or fault). Luckily, one of the employees that had set aside some for themselves was kind enough to let me have it so I could buy it. First time and last time forsure. $100 a day to someone else in the industry
