Wonderful dispensary, definitely feels like a different sort of vibe compared to other places. Mario, in particular really helped me by introducing me to their oil cartridges. Extremely convenient, and will definitely be back for more.

This place has a great selection of flower & edibles for any kind of partaking. Also took great care of me as a medical patient.

Miss E was very nice, welcoming & helpful. The guy who was behind the counter wasn't. Didn't get his name, he had long dark hair & a beard. He either didn't know about the products or was disinterested in helping. He kept looking around the store, really didn't pay attention to our questions. We needed guidance for a medical condition. This was our first time, don't think we will go back.

Dispensary response:

I apologize that your visit was a disappointment. We work hard to educate all of our concierges on all of our products, so to hear that you did not get the answers that you were seeking from our staff is heartbreaking. I will definitely make sure to discuss this situation with your concierge so that no other guest will be left feeling ignored. Your honesty is the only way that we will be able to improve, so we truly appreciate your input. We hope that you will give us another try in the future so that we can make this up to you. If you have any other comments or would like to discuss this further please feel free to come in or call us at 1.833.GOT.HERB & ask for Brianna, the general manager. You can also contact her through email at brianna@theapothecaryshoppe.com so that we can answer any questions that you still may have.
