Everyone from the security guard to pharmacy technician are kind, friendly, informative. I recommend this store to all.

My first visit was on a bad day. The manager and staff where patient and very helpful. I was in and out within a half hour. Sometimes defects such as safety seal not stuck in place happens but was a packing mistake from vendor, I've had same issues with same strain seals from different sources. Obviously you can't inspect product anywhere in CT dispenseries without breaking the law. This can result in off weight due to open containers and drying products. This is not normal but happens everywhere. Overall highly recommended for new patients. Staff will explain in detail how to use new products without making new customers uncomfortable.

I have been going to Prime Wellness since 2017. Recently I was diagnosed with a neurological condition. The prescribed meds I was given make me feel worse. I decided not to take them and try to manage this condition with just MMJ. With the help and education from Nani, Jenna and Luke they helped me figure out what would help me best. They were right. I do not like the psychotropic effects of THC, but I need the relaxing and pain relieving effects. I take THC-A which is the precursor to THC to help with the neuropathy and burning, CBD to help with the anxiety and CBN to help me relax and sleep at night. I would highly recommend Prime Wellness to anyone looking to an alternative to prescription drugs

I have been a patient here for 5 years and wanted to say I've always been so impressed, even when during the health mandates Prime Wellness was ahead of the curve like the plexiglass dividers ( first place I seen them ) and preorders worked great. and on my recent visit i bought a new product and Jenna is so helpful she went through everything from A-Z, also with a new strain I ordered Jenna told me about the effects she experienced and she was spot on ( slept so well ), The staff really cares about the patients and helps anyway they can.

Jenna and the rest of the staff @ Prime Wellness is awesome. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer. They never hesitate to answer any questions oneay have. Selection of product has suffered a little due to the onset of Adult Use here in CT, but I'm confident that will change once everything settles down . Tha ks again for everything!!

I’ve been a patient for a couple years now. The staff is second to none. Everyone greets you with a smile and I always feel welcome. One member of your staff comes to the front of my mind. Jenna Hart is someone who always takes that extra step to make sure her patients always have an amazing and fun visit. Keep up the great work Jenna and the rest of the staff.

Seems like employees are bored and have nothing better to do than be rude. Will not recommend to anyone. Unfortunate since the location is nice.

I have been a patient since 2016 and I was there yesterday and Jamie helped me, she's very knowledgeable and extremely nice with a great attitude and did an excellent job with my order, she was very fast with my order and had me on my way home with my meds, always shop here and always will, there's nothing better in a business than great customer service.

this dispensary is so nice, the staff is always smiling and helpful. since cannabis became recreationally legal, my usual dispensary and others around have been super busy, im glad they have decided to stay medical only, the focus on patients is amazing, i’ll definitely be shopping here more often

Prime Wellness offers comprehensive and thorough service with quality regulated products. Prices can be a little higher but no taxes with medical marijuana and programs are offered to lower income patients. Great dispensary.
