The Bud House

I shop here regularly because they carry Higher Culture products at competitive prices and tend to keep items in stock when other Ontario dispensaries don’t. That consistency in inventory is the main reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service and order accuracy have been inconsistent. Most recently, I placed an order for a 2.5g all-in-one disposable (Grape Krush) and a 1g Rocket Pop. Instead, I was given different 1g cartridge versions and shorted on what I actually ordered. Thankfully, I checked before heading back to Idaho — otherwise it would have been a long drive home and too late to fix it. To their credit, they corrected the order when I returned. But this isn’t the first time there have been mix-ups (orders under different names, products that appear slightly underfilled, etc.). Even if these are honest mistakes, it’s frustrating when they happen repeatedly. If you’re going through the drive-through, double-check your receipt and products before leaving. I want to keep supporting this shop because they carry what I like, but accuracy and attention to detail need to improve.

got my order all messed up.

I was amazed when I found this joint had a drive-thru window - other experiences I have had in the area have been parking in a numbered stall where they will bring it out to you on foot , with many other cars waiting at once it is a rather long wait - but this a quiet spot where usually you are the first car at the window especially during slower business hours. Another thing that amazed me about this joint is I could buy 1/2 Oz. for just 20$ - this to me, takes all the unnecessary stress out of uncomplicated daily toking within in a highly stressful society. Although one issue I did order a 20$ 1/2 Oz on the leafly app and got a notification that the order was received and ready , and when we arrived at the window they told us they were out of the 1/2 oz. that I ordered (happened to be my favorite strain Forbidden Fruit) and so we tried a different strain , but it would had been nice to know in advance thru the leafly app by text or in-app communications, so we could had reordered a different 1/2 Oz product and would had not needed to start a whole new order after arriving at the window and then wait extra time for them to prepare it.

Best dispensary in town. Always have exactly what I want, at a great price. Customer service is always top notch.

Amazing bud tenders behind the counter. Wonderful conversation and a lovely smell as soon as you walk in.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the bud house. From the moment I walked in, the staff and the manger heather (at least she claimed to be) was unwelcoming and seemed uninterested in helping she announced herself and walked away. The person assisting me had very little knowledge about the products and couldn’t answer basic questions. The atmosphere was cold and uncomfortable, and I felt like I was more of a nuisance than a customer. To top it off, my order was wrong, and when I brought it back inside, she was dismissive and unhelpful saying i should’ve checked before she checked me out. I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. also the cherry on top; google the owners! nasty! can’t believe i even spent money here

They worst experience that I have ever had in a dispo. My sister and I walked in there we stood there for a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged nobody acknowledged us we walked around the sales floor still nobody acknowledged us nobody even asked for our IDs and eventually we just walked out the back door we could have done all kinds of things nobody was even paying attention it is the worst dispensary I have ever visited in the state of Oregon.

Only dispensary to ever short me Made an online order for 2-2.5grams of concentrate 33$ a piece. Went to pick up order gentleman calls out the names of the 2 containers they were correct and put in bag and I went on my way. Get home and see that they are not 2.5 g containers they are only 1 g containers. I paid for 5gs and was given 2. Called and spoke to manager the acknowledged the issue on their end and was told to come back in and they will straighten it out no problem. Went back in and was told I have 26 dollars store credit. Where does 26 come from 😆ya that makes a lot of sense I explained there wrong doing to the employees and one goes and talks to managers again comes back and says the best they can do 1 - 2.5 gram container of what I originally purchased. Management won’t look you in the face they just send there poor employees to do their dirty work. So if your looking to go out of your way and make 2 trips to the dispensary and still get shorted half a gram this is the place for you 👌🏻 keep up the great work Budhouse management there’s a reason your parking lot is always empty.

Well I purchased their brand of products and it was defective and the manager Heather I spoke with showed absolutely no concern for my problem.

I can't locate the policy anywhere in writing, so just FYI: EVEN IF YOU CHECK YOUR BAG AT THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER THEY HAND IT TO YOU: IF IT'S INCORRECT, THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. 😔

This is my main go-to dispensary for all my needs. Mainly for 2 reasons. 1. Their prices are unbeatable, affordable and not overpriced like other near by dispensaries are. 2. Drive-Thru!!! Not having to get out of your car and wait in a long line is absolutely amazing. Every time I come here there’s never a long wait or any cars at all so I’m there and gone within 5 minutes or less. Highly recommend.

Really spectacular service! Grateful that you accept and process online orders past 9pm. I got there 10 mins after placing it and it was ready when I got there. Did not realize there was a drive thru but will be back soon for SURE. much love to this dispo <3 wonderful service and products

Walking into the Bud House I was kind of greeted.. I guess.. by a staff that seemed to completely hate their job.. Had an online order, website advertised 10% off concentrates as well as honoring the Industry discount... My "budtender" however told me that none of those deals are a thing, and basically called their own stores advertising a lie.. Went to Weedology to get the same product from over there with discounts.. Same owners as Bud House, same products.. Totally different attitude.. The Bud House is lame.. save your money and time and shop elsewhere.
