This was one of my first dispensaries upon getting to Denver. My budtender wasn't the greatest on the bedside manner, but the concentrates were plentiful in all ranges of quality and price #myxeduplove
Dispensary response:
Sorry to hear that, customer service is very important to us! Do you remember who helped you out? We want to address the issue so it doesn't happen again.

Last time I visited Ballpark, I was helped by Evi who was super knowledgeable and helpful. I also got to meet the CEO while I was there. He seems like a really nice guy and I love to see a business owner taking time to be hands on. The store also has a really great selection. Highly recommended!
