When I arrived to pick up my online order, I found out two items weren't available. I was disappointed but Suz S was so nice and helpful that I didn't mind. Truly nice and friendly staff! A few more chairs in the waiting room would be nice. I'm somewhat handicapped and sometimes need to sit while waiting.

I'm an online kind of person. Despite the total darkness in the drive-thru, I've always had the nicest employees come out and help me. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Knowledgeable bud tenders. Great variety of products. Many different price points. I waited about 45 minutes to get in. It was worth waiting for.

Nightshade was able to direct me to EXACTLY what I was looking for! His years of experience as a bud tender really shows. I stopped in to take advantage of the Veterans Day sale, and he directed me to the correct product and with my Veterans Day discount, a great price! I was in, made my purchase and I was on my way! That's how I like to do business! You guys rock! Nightshade was a great addition to your staff! He really knows his products and he couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. I've been a TFS customer since the good old days of UP wide delivery.

Atmosphere, the lobby needs more chairs. Service, terrible. I placed an online order specifically for the Monster gummies. I was told that I received a $10 discount as a first time customer and it was munchie Monday where I also received 15% off. When I asked for these discounts, Marisa was confused trying to get the computer to put the discounts on my order. I told her to do the best she could. The next thing I knew, she was switching out the things I ordered for other products that were on special. I appreciate her willingness to get me a great price, but there was a reason I ordered what I did. Those were the gummies I wanted. When I questioned why she was taking the things I wanted away, she said, "Well, I can change it back for you", a tad frustrated with having to re-ring everything. Even further, she chose flavors of the "better deals" that I didn't like. Didn't even ask me what I would like. By the time it was all tallied up, I just wanted to get out of there and took what she gave me. Ridiculous. Last, the order was not ready when I arrived even though I had been notified that it was. What should have been 10 minutes turned into a half hour with all the confusion. Not impressed.

Amazing shop. Great displays, organized, and modern. Hard to beat these prices for top shelf flower.
