The Green Planet - Aloha

This store always has a lovely staff but sometimes a diamond appears. Today my budtender was Jenn. She was amazing. Very lovely personality and very well educated on different strains. She suggested a sale to me and I got what strain she was talking about. Also gave me some very vital info on the mulekicker 1:1:1:1. Which I appreciated. Along with a good convo and laughing.

A little hidden gem from a reputable chain. This store hasn’t exactly blown up in popularity, being on a little caddy corner lot, do NOT let that fool you. Green Planet has some of their kindest bud-tenders staffed there, and due to the low traffic the lower tier flower is typically in stock and of higher quality than other locations may provide. Had a great experience this morning, would recommend going in later this week for the big sale!

Thank you to an AWESOME 420 !! The Sales that Green Planet had were the best that any Cannabis shop had! Seriously, the best prices, on all the stuff I really wanted and was even able to grab a couple things that are normally out of my prices range! The staff was so helpful and patient with me trying asking so many questions… just really wanted to Thank you for a great 420!!

I have Crohns, so I smoke/buy a lot of weed lol checked out this new location after my medication infusion and the budtender who helped me couldn't have been nicer! I'll admit the location is a nightmare, but it's worth it for the prices and the excellent service!

My favorite dispensary by far. From the moment I walk in it's nothing but love and positive vibes. Jen can always give me thorough details on what I'm buying from edibles to flowers. The whole crew is always friendly and willing to help. I sometimes pop in just because I'm having a bad day and I have yet to leave without laughing or smiling. Alex is great and did a great job picking a crew. Keep up the awesome work. Great value on products!!!

Today the "District manager Mike" was helping me with my order. I asked him about the pricing, discounts and points. He started to tell me in a very rude way. When I didn't respond fast enough he asked me if I had a problem in an aggressive way. He didn't like my response and told me he will not serve me and for me to leave. As long as Mike is working there, we will no longer be shopping there. If asking "Mike the district manager" about discounts and Veteran discounts, or anything to that effect upsets him or causes and uproar maybe Mike shouldn't be behind a counter. Emily and Louie are always friendly even while asking about Veterans or any other discounts. I'm out here in Aloha from Honolulu, Hawaii. There is no Aloha(friendly service) from the "District manager Mike".

Met the "District Manager Mike " today. Normally great service. Today we asked about some of the points and discounts. He started explaining rudely and then when we didn't respond fast enough he asked us if we had a problem. The way he asked was very aggressive/threatening. We asked him what that meant. He then got upset in how we responded and told us to leave he will no longer be serving us.

Love this spot for pre rolls, because of price and selection but mostly because of the staff. Paige remembered me today and provided excellent service.
