just now According to The Greed Solution's own definitions "ground flower" is supposed to be actual buds that have already been processed through a grinder, which is why it costs more than shake. Yesterday they were selling shake, which was mostly sweet leaf and had obviously never been ground, at the higher price as ground flower. When i asked the company to honor their own definitions, they refused. They didn't just refuse though, they just let me stand there waiting, and the managers who were refusing to keep the company's word, refused to appear, and I had to keep checking to see if they made a decision. Be warned that they will slap an overpriced sticker on anything, and will not keep their word.

TGS is the best in town, not sure what some other folks on here were smoking. Their quality is as good as any of the other half-dozen dispensaries in town I've been too, and their wax deals can not be beaten. if you like deals, go to THS... in the last 2 months I got $10 for signing up for app, $20 for having my wife do it, $20 for my birthday, about $30-50 in purchase rewards, and $30 for completing a survey.

Dont buy the cosmos flower. Its dat boofy boof pack ya dig😂? Not worth the 40$ for a half o. Im actualy upset rn because i dont even wanna smoke this. I got some so cal kush from them and it was like 30% though and that was really good. That was in denver. The cosmos flower is in fort collins.

Online ordering never works! Corona virus is in full effect. The online ordering should be more efficient. Front desk told me they would offer me the order discount inside for the hassle. When inside they refused my 10 percent discount and said they weren’t corporate or IT. Then refused my service when I called them on there bs. You guys just show us more and more that you’re the Walmart if dispensaries and don’t give a f* about your customers just your money.

This was the most dried out flower I've ever had, it crumbles to the touch. I bought 3 different batches and all of them had less moisture than the Sahara mid day. On top of that it was about 40% stems and while peeling back the package top open it you spill it all over the floor. I would never recommend their flower to anyone. They have a great return policy but it's useless since it's all dried out, any exchange will give you the same worthless product. The shop is beautiful and well kept but that seams where all their focus goes, no attempt at a good product.

Always have a great experience at Green Solutions, regardless of where, but the Fort Collins Team goes above and beyond. Had an issue with a product I didn't love, and it was "No Problem, I'm so sorry that happened" and they fixed it. Clarice(if you read this and the name is wrong sorry) and Micah(again bad with names) were amazing, even going back and finding my order because I didn't have my receipt and there was an issue with my acct. Great Job to the whole team at the Fort Collins club!

It was like a dodgy Apple store except even worse than however bad you imagine that to be.

It’s a little crowded

My dad and I shop here for the selection of CBD concentrates and their neighborhood deal, which are both serviceable and I have no complaints. Their four gram deals are competitive and the product is good. Their discounts are good in theory but only 1/3 of my dad and I’s last few visits were we actually granted the 15% off “wisdom” discount. Computer issues relating to discounts widely advertised can undermine an otherwise perfectly acceptable shopping experience. Today my dad and I left frustrated after waiting over twenty minutes at a terminal while the computer froze repeatedly while several employees attempted to make the wisdom discount work. At the end of the ordeal we were given the option to either begin the transaction again at another register or pay the full price. The ordeal was so frustrating we opted for the latter. Maybe the employees would have remedied the situation if possible, but there didn’t seem to be a way to give a general 15% discount or override the error. Also if managers didn’t need to scan their card to grant the discounts this situation could have avoided as much of the time was spent waiting for a manager. We will come back as my dad uses CBD for medical reasons, but I’ve never had this frustrating of a dispensary experiences after hundreds of shopping experiences in Colorado or Oregon.

The Green solution is my favorite recreational dispensary. They have good product, knowledgeable budtenders and the atmosphere is perfect. I go to the location in Fort Collins and everyone there is amazing. Thank you Katherine F and the rest of the staff for always being awesome!!!

I wrote the last review for this location as westoni_lobster and am just updating that I have received no response from support aside from the automatic response. The automatic response indicated an average response time of 24-48 hours and it has been 13 days so I am under the assumption that nothing will be done.

TGS has went downhill in the last year. All bud is super dry and tasts like ditch weed even the dependable Bubba Kush tastes like trash now. I've spent over 800 in the last few months there and feel like most of it was wasted on junk weed and low quality wax. They took away their value flower which was smaller buds now you pay full price for those tiny buds and their value flower they call cosmos is horrible from the one kind I bought. Wont do that again!

Purchased an eighth of "Willies Reserve" Bubba Kush yesterday. Tastes like straight mold. Makes me gag reflex and thats just from a small chilum test bowl thats not going to get finished. I only went in for some edibles for my friend but decided to give it one chance. My skepticism about this place was well deserved even in terms of a product that is supposedly grown organically and branded with Willie Nelsons name. I've had better mids from some guy in New Jersey in 2006.

Immensely professional and comforting layout, was definitely impressed by their space. There’s a huge variety of products at their disposal, the most I’ve seen in Fort Collins... except for flowers -_-. The one item most people seem to purchase they lack in variety greatly. At the time of my visit they only had approximately 10 strains to choose from,albeit quality options. 2nd favorite place, satisfying experience nonetheless.

Overall this place is top notch. Everything one would need when entering a dispensary. They have pot, pot, and tons of more pot. Bud is great, prices are awesome and the online ordering is usually fast. I would say that lately the online pick up has been super slow. The orders are almost always ready in 10 minutes, the pick up on the other hand has been really slow. The last couple times I have been gone for pick up my wait time has been more than 10 mins. I don’t go into the actual store too often though. There is just something about a bud tender looking down on me because I only buy value flower and I only purchase bud with tips. so I am sorry if I only get a small amount each time. And when I am looking for edibles, I don’t need you to tell me you hate them and you are a purist and only enjoy flower.

I’ve been here a few times and am usually satisfied. I was in the other day and didn’t really find any flower I was interested in until my budtender (I forgot her name but it might be Lauri?) suggested I buy a few skinny joints of snow squall testing at 32%. Long story short, some of the best flower I’ve ever had. She said she was trying to save some for herself but wanted me to have some because It was that good and I appreciated her help finding this awesome strain. She said she’d never gotten a review before and I said I would give her one so she could get recognized by her manager but now I can’t remember her name. She was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable so I really hope this review gets back to her manager.

My new favorite dispensary! I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. Great atmosphere, great help, and amazing products! I got some wax which is absolutely amazing and a palm blunt which I’ve never had before but now is my new favorite thing
