I came in for the first time about a week and a half ago and keep coming. I've lived in town for 15 years now and WTH was I thinking passing this Little Gem 💎 of a shop this close to me in Eugene!? They have amazing quality, PRICES, and the Customer Service is by far some of the best here in Eugene and even though I missed this one I like to think I know most shops in Eugene ND Springfield. Service here is always great, they're always happy to bring my purchase curbside. You have to call when you get there, but they will bring it to your car. As a disabled person, I appreciate this very much. Rating 5 stars for atmosphere even though I've never been inside. :D

I love this place but, you said the weed wasn't dry and the lie detector determined that was a lie. If its dry just tell us and we'll get something else. Now I'm just annoyed that I have dry ass weed man. I will be back though just practice being honest with us.

I love this place! It has been one of the cornerstone shops in Eugene even before recreational cannabis was legal. Great shop, great owners! They have a great variety of products and the bud tenders will usually help point out some great strains in all of their pricing tiers. Their workers also give dependable reviews on many of their products. The store itself is OG in the sense that it has a waiting room and then a staff member to take each customer back individually. They usually staff enough people to help multiple customers in the room at once though, so they it's usually pretty efficient, while still giving personal service to everyone. Also the owners are very approachable and helpful if you ever encounter an problem or a customer service issue. They strive to keep customers happy and provide a thoughtful service experience. I highly recommend giving these folks a visit, they will treat you right!

Wanted to like The Greener Side, but the product quality was a real disappointment! Bought an ounce of some $8/gram flower. It was already in preweighed 1/4 oz containers stored in a drawer. My bad that I didn't inspect them closely, but I shouldn't have needed to. It's all bottom-of-the-jar stuff! In fact, 1 container is almost all shake with a bunch of obviously bare 1-2" stems. No way this should have been sold as is! I've never been sold such poor quality dispensary bud. So be sure to make them pour out and re-weigh any pre-packaged flower!

Got a call back about 90 minutes after making my order to tell me that they did not have the flower I wanted, not the 1st time delivery was slow, but take an order you should have the product.

This was the first dispensary I ever visited, so it does hold a sense of nostalgia for me. Beyond that, I have to say it just isn't a place I frequent anymore. The service here has always been good. Budtenders here are generally both friendly and knowledgeable. The flower selection is okay, but even their top shelf we Send to phoneed picks look a little pale in comparison to some other dispensaries. Honestly, most of their top shelf stuff is really middle shelf, and should be priced accordingly. It's not that they have a terrible selection of flower- it's just nothing special in a town full of weed choices. Their selection of cartridges is often sparse, and I can usually find the same ones at other places for at least a few bucks cheaper. I know they do offer some regular deals, but none of them usually appeal to me. I'm not sure if they offer any loyalty program, but I know there was not one in place when I used to shop there. On a positive note: there is ample parking on the backside of their building.

Amazing customer service, great prices. I've been to almost a hundred dispensaries learning the trade and was pretty amazed with The Greener Side. Not the most hip environment but their customer service is over the top. Their one on one approach from the moment you walk in is killer. I was travelling through town and did have a minor issue with my purchase that was not noticed until I got to my motel. Called them and they were apologetic, took ownership of the problem and rectified it the next day beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this dispensary. Thanks to all the employees, you rock!!!

I've been to at least 100 different dispensaries around the country , this place takes the cake .. The Best flower you will ever find is here , they have different price ranges as well but, all of it is high quality regardless.
