Always friendly and professional. They aren't pretentious stoners who rush you through your purchase or overwhelm you with weed jargon. Just cool, normal people who know how to provide a good customer service experience, and their product is the best!

I reviewed this location earlier with awesome reviews and they are still great, but I was not impressed with the staffs knowledge of vaping. I ended up going through 4 cartridges (returning them every day) because no one told me they wouldn't work with my battery, none of the ones they sold would. I ended up just having to keep my cartridge and pay extra for a battery that works for the cartridge that couldn't be refunded. Needless to say, I absolutely hate this battery, and now can't afford weed.

I wanted to check this place out because I have heard good things, and I wasn't let down! I really like the selection of flowers, and all seem to be top shelf! I did happen to stop in right before they were closing on a Friday, but I still felt welcomed. The only gripe I had, and I may be nit-picking, was that it was my first time in and I guess I was supposed to get a pre roll on the house.. and the special for the day was a free pre roll... I'm very happy with what I recieved. Awesome flowers and a really tasty pre roll, but I only got one lol. I kinda was expecting two because of the new patient and Friday dealy. Oh well... very small oversight and happy overall!!

In all honesty, THIS shop has the friendliest faces in town. Super real, polite, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I think they go the extra mile for sure in terms of service! In this case, Joe, the budtender offered really good personal insight into the strains for the creative surge I look for in a flower, but also was quite patient making sure I walked away with exactly what I wanted. The two other budtenders all interacted with the customers in there, giving the page a nice welcoming energy. Thanks Joe and Greener Side Company! You are one notch above the rest, for sure! You guys keep rockin. I'll be back!

Poor service, unreliable for med patients. I sent my caretaker in for a high CBD tincture (which she specifically requested) and she came back with an RSO that is only THC (totally different). She didn't think to check the bottle, as she ordered it very clearly and the staff member seemed to understand. They also tend to forget change and not give the advertised freebies/discounts. Probably a fine dispensary for casual rec users, but I do not recommend getting your medicine here.
