The Grove - La Mesa

Been coming here for like 3yrs I moved north to 4s Ranch still drive 40 miles round trip. Great People, fair frequent flyer program. Do miss WiFi OG long time gone.

I would have said prior to my experience today that this was 5 star, BUT not anymore. I placed an online order, called and had the receptionist confirm my strain choice. After driving 25 minutes home, I find out not only did they give me the wrong strain but it wasn't even an indica. After calling and explaining the situation, the solution was for me to drive an additional 25 back to the dispo and 25 minutes back home for them to just switch it to the right one. So spend more money driving back to you all for a mistake that WAS NOT my fault, but the fault of the budtender that was probably in a hurry. The next solution was for me to wait around, for who knows how long until a delivery came up in my area(apparently i dont have anything better to do but wait on them), which I would wait if the mistake was my fault. I am in no way just looking for free stuff, or anything like that. I just want what I ordered, or at the very least a damn indica! No resolution at all. In my place of business when the fault is on our behalf, we replace the order, offer additional items or refund the entire order for the inconvenience( and they still get their stuff) not expect the guest to take more time out of their, or basically pay additional money( gas isn't free😉) to get what they paid for to begin with. Make sure YOU are verifying you order BEFORE you pay because lord knows they won't.

Missing a while 8th. Tried to explain that online price of 195. But instead they applied a mil discount of 15. Who would have wanted a 15 discount over a free 8th. Wow. Bright bunch.

They're friendly, there's a good selection of strains (i.e., more sativas than other places), and the prices are fair with some discounts available. The only issue I have is I order ahead on-line and they say my order is ready to pick up but when I get there they say they ran out of the ones I ordered and offer substitutes and that's disappointing and frustrating. If they don't have it they shouldn't say the order has been filled. That's happened several times so it's recommended you call to verify your order has been filled with what you requested. That's the only issue I've had and just be aware if you order on-line.

Been to pretty much every medical and Rec. dispensary in San Diego and The Grove is the best IMO. Nice friendly employees, great selection of any type of cannabis you can think of. The deals they have are incredible too. Go check it out for yourself.

Clean and legal. The best store I have even seen.

This is a good medical only shop which has a lot of high quality medicine other dispensaries don’t. Only downside I just wish they would markdown on there product more often.

Thanks to the Grove, I have a recommendation. I llke the diversity of the flowers menu. At times I'm cash strapped, I can pick up a $25 8th of decent, good THC % flower. Of course there is a wide array of price range..a good thing. ALSO, there are those tumes when a CREDIT CARD os necessary. They accept them w/a cheap service charges
