Been coming here for like 3yrs
I moved north to 4s Ranch still drive 40 miles round trip. Great People, fair frequent flyer program.

I would have said prior to my experience today that this was 5 star, BUT not anymore. I placed an online order, called and had the receptionist confirm my strain choice. After driving 25 minutes home, I find out not only did they give me the wrong strain but it wasn't even an indica. After calling and explaining the situation, the solution was for me to drive an additional 25 back to the dispo and 25 minutes back home for them to just switch it to the right one. So spend more money driving back to you all for a mistake that WAS NOT my fault, but the fault of the budtender that was probably in a hurry. The next solution was for me to wait around, for who knows how long until a delivery came up in my area(apparently i dont have anything better to do but wait on them), which I would wait if the mistake was my fault. I am in no way just looking for free stuff, or anything like that. I just want what I ordered, or at the very least a damn indica! No resolution at all.
In my place of business when the fault is on our behalf, we replace the order, offer additional items or refund the entire order for the inconvenience( and they still get their stuff) not expect the guest to take more time out of their, or basically pay additional money( gas isn't free😉) to get what they paid for to begin with.
Make sure YOU are verifying you order BEFORE you pay because lord knows they won't.

We are all human and can make mistakes. You can and should always check to insure that the correct product is brought to the counter, as sometimes we hear the wrong thing and sometimes we make mistakes. When you got home and called we offered to bring you a new one to your home. As you mentioned you live 25 min away. I seriously doubt any other dispensary would have offered to bring you a new gram of 11$ concentrate 25 min away…. We did let you know that it would be brought to you when we made a delivery to alpine, which we did do…. And the thanks we get for taking care of this is a bad review???
You state you don’t want something for free yet you intimate we didn’t give you anything for free??

Missing a while 8th. Tried to explain that online price of 195. But instead they applied a mil discount of 15. Who would have wanted a 15 discount over a free 8th. Wow. Bright bunch.
They're friendly, there's a good selection of strains (i.e., more sativas than other places), and the prices are fair with some discounts available. The only issue I have is I order ahead on-line and they say my order is ready to pick up but when I get there they say they ran out of the ones I ordered and offer substitutes and that's disappointing and frustrating. If they don't have it they shouldn't say the order has been filled. That's happened several times so it's recommended you call to verify your order has been filled with what you requested. That's the only issue I've had and just be aware if you order on-line.
